Old Zhang's house wasn't far from the lakeside, just a five-minute walk away.

As soon as they entered the house, Zhizhi noticed faint black qi drifting throughout the entire building, all originating from a room on the second floor.

"Zhizhi, is there something wrong with the house?" Old Zhang still held a glimmer of hope, thinking it might be something he picked up outside.

Zhizhi pointed in all four directions, her fair little face showing a hint of seriousness. "It's everywhere in the house."

"What? Everywhere?" Old Zhang's face turned extremely grim, beads of sweat forming on his forehead. "Where is the problem?"

Zhizhi ascended the stairs and walked straight to the room with the densest black qi. Her voice was brittle. "In there."

"This is my bedroom." Old Zhang opened the door, revealing the layout of the room to Zhizhi.

At a glance, Zhizhi noticed a ebony box on the table next to the bed. The box emitted a strong black qi, continuously spreading outward. "It's that box."

"This?" Old Zhang picked up the box. Inside was a gift his son had specially given him for his birthday last month—a string of fragrant green agarwood beads. The scent was cool and sweet, able to calm and concentrate the mind. Every day since receiving it, he had been playing with it.

Old Zhang suddenly recalled that he started playing with it around the time he began feeling uncomfortable. His face turned pale as he tossed the expensive beads aside. "Is there something wrong with this bead bracelet?"

Zhizhi examined it carefully and shared what she knew. "It was likely stolen from a grave, with heavy yin energy on it. Prolonged contact with it can cause illness."

"What? Something taken from a grave?" Grandpa Lu, knowing that Old Zhang had a penchant for collecting antiques, never expected it to lead to trouble. "Did you buy it, or was it given to you?"

"It was a birthday gift from my son a few days ago..." The more Old Zhang spoke, the more his face grew grim, his whole body trembling with anger. "Bring my son back to me! This unfilial child!"

Grandpa Lu looked at the bead bracelet in disbelief. He remembered Old Zhang's son as a devoted and filial person. How could he do such a thing? "Could there be a misunderstanding?"

"He was also deceived," Zhizhi helped Old Zhang calculate. "You should report it to the police and have the person who sold it arrested. They will continue to deceive more people."

"Alright, I will report to the police first." Old Zhang immediately had the nanny make the call, and before long, the police arrived at their door. It was none other than Officer Fang Yuan, the round-faced policewoman they had met yesterday.

"Why are you here, Zhizhi?" Fang Yuan didn't expect to see Zhizhi again today.

Zhizhi blinked nervously, afraid that she would expose what happened at the police station in front of her grandfather. Fortunately, Old Zhang eagerly explained the situation, "Thanks to the little master here, we discovered the problem. Otherwise, this bracelet would have eventually killed the old man."

Upon hearing Old Zhang's respectful address, Fang Yuan's mouth twitched. However, when she thought about her husband being diagnosed with coronary artery blockage after rushing to the emergency room last night, she felt that Zhizhi deserved the title.

"The experts have already confirmed that this string of green agarwood beads is an antique and indeed just came out of a grave," Fang Yuan learned more details and found the contact information of the tomb raider from Old Zhang's son's phone. She then took charge of the subsequent actions.
