Chapter 73: Search For Tsunade Continues

Kei's POV

It has been a week since I started my training in the special Flower Style Justu that my great Grandmother Mina Senju was known for. Even though I learned how to use her signature justu. I continue to train to master it fully as well as work on improving my other justu. While the Old Sage continued his attempt at searching for Tsunade.

Meanwhile, Naruto had been just as hard as well to learn the Rasengan over the past week and had been struggling with the second step to pop a rubber ball, but so far he wasn't having much luck with doing so.

After today's training, I was now just now just sitting against a tree resting as I gaze at my snake necklace once again wondering what my father has been up to lately especially when I didn't even know that condition he was in passing out before I saw the end of his fight against the old Hokage.

'I don't care what the villagers think. I just want to know what it is like to be a family with your father, and Mom loved you so much that she clearly wanted to be with you and not my older brother's father. Even if she didn't tell me her whole past I know she wasn't trying to just me by not telling me. However, I don't know if I can forgive those who kept you a serecet from me.' I thought as I gaze at the necklace he gave me as a birthday present.

However, my moment of relaxation was ruined the moment I heard a loud explosion and turned in the direction of it to see Naruto being blown back as slid across the ground popping the rubber ball.

"So you finally did it, " I said walking over to Naruto who was caught by the old Sage.

"Yeah now come on, let me hear the third one," Naruto said.

"That will have to wait for now, " The Old Sage said."It's time we meet up with Tsunade."

"Ah, so you finally got her whereabouts?" I asked looking at the Old Sage as I put my bag that was against the tree on my back.

"That right," He replied.

After Naruto went and got his bag we were all ready to set on off out of the town we had been staying in to rest while we did our training.

"Okay, let's go!" The Old Sage said holding a finger up in the air and pointing forward.

Naruto and I just stared at him not saying a word for a while, until Naruto broke the silence.

"Let's go? Are you kidding me?" Naruto asked squinting his eyes."Quite acting like a stupid little kid will ya?"

"What the--?" The old sage questioned looking over at Naruto."Why are you in such a bad mood?"

"Well, what do you think? We're still in the middle of my training!"

"Oh boy, " I muttered with a sigh knowing this was going to be a long journey with these two.

"You said there were three steps to learn right?" Naruto asked holding up three fingers."Well, I've only learned two of them. Not quite holding out on me."

"Relax, " The old sage said reaching inside his shirt."You can work on the third step while we're walking. "

"What? Are you serious?" Naruto asked excitedly.

'He got a lot of energy but I guess that's what I like about him. A shame he loves Sakura but Akira seems to believe that he has feelings for me, but then again she believes the same with Shikamaru and Sasuke.' I thought glance ing over at Naruto and seeing the excitement on his face.
