A heavy burden to bear.
It takes us places we don't want to go,
And binds us in despair.
Hatred brings pain and loneliness,
As it destroys all that we know.
It takes away our joy and peace,
Leaving us feeling low.
It shows no mercy,
No compassion or care.
It brings us down to our knees,
Taking away the air.
Hatred can be so strong,
Sometimes it's hard to fight.
It disguised as something else,
Something that isn't right.
But we must not give in,
To this hatred within.
We must face it with courage,
Not fear and despair.
For hatred can be conquered,
Through patience and love.
We can all unite together,
And rise above.
