"Where are we going?" Scott asked as Stiles and I walked ahead of him.
"You'll see." Stiles told him making me smile and shake my head at the two of them.
"'Cause we really shouldn't be out here. My mom is in a constant state of freak-out from what happened at the school." Scott rambled on worried about being caught.
Stiles scoffed. "Well, your mom isn't the Sheriff, okay? There's no comparison, trust me."
"That's a fair point." I shrugged.
"Can you two at least just tell me what we're doing out here?" Scott asked starting to get impatient.
"Yes! When your best friend gets dumped..." Stiles started before Scott was quick to interrupt him.
"I didn't get dumped! We're taking a break."
"All right, well, when your best friend gets told by his girlfriend that they're taking a break." Stiles corrected himself grinning at me.
"Your job is to get your best friend drunk." I smiled pulling out two different bottles of alcohol.
The three of us sat down and I passed one of the bottles to Stiles and I opened the other one in my hands and taking a drink.
"Dude, you know... she's just one... one girl. You know, there are so many... there are so many other girls in the sea." Stiles begins to drunkenly tell Scott making me smile as I took another drink.
"Fish in the sea." Scott corrected him irritatedly.
Stiles giggles and asked confused. "Fish? Why you talking about fish? I'm talking about girls."
"I gotta. Bella's calling." I told them answering my phone as Stiles continued to talk to Scott making me smile.
"Where are you?" Bella asked.
"Out with Scott and Stiles." I replied. "Did you need me for something, cause I can come home." I told her as I overheard Stiles.
"I love girls. I love 'em. I love especially ones with strawberry blonde hair, brown eyes, five-foot-three." Stiles listed off.
Scott let out a sigh. "Like Rory?"
"Yeah, exactly!" Stiles replied sounding impressed. "Hey, how did you know I was talking about... about..." Stiles broke out into a fit of giggles. "What was I talking about?"
"Nah. I'm good. Des and Taylor are over and I wanted to make sure you weren't spending all of your time alone in your room." She told me making me smile to myself.
"I love you Bella. I'll see you later, okay? Dinner on Saturday?" I asked her with a small smile on my face.
"Yeah! I love you too Rory! I'll see you later." She cheered before hanging up.
"Hey, you're not happy! Take a drink." Stiles tells Scott as I make my way back over to them.
"I don't want any more." Scott shakes his head.
"You're not drunk?" Stiles looks up at him from the ground.
"I'm not anything." Scott says defeated.
Stiles thinks for a moment before speaking again, still anxiously very drunk. "Hey, maybe it's like... maybe it's like not needing your inhaler anymore, you know? Maybe you can't get drunk as a wolf?" He looks to me then to Scott again and asks. "Am I drunk?"
"You're wasted." Scott tells him irritated.
"Yeah!" He cheers happily, before turning a little serious. "Come on, dude. I know it feels bad. I know it hurts. I know." He paused. "Well, I don't know. But I know this-- I know that as much as being broken up hurts, being alone is way worse. That didn't make any sense. I need a drink."
