Chapter 19

I spent the rest of day in bed, I was shocked that I was pregnant with Ares's child and thought it was going to be a process to tell him considering I am supposed to be dead but I'm not dead though. I thought about how I was going to take care of a whole baby as a teenage girl. I sobbed the whole night. I thought about abortion but I didn't want to go through with it, I wanted to be in the childs life as it grew up. I decided to keep the child.

Throughout my pregnancy David babied me, he was extra cautious. I started seeing him as a father figure and it was as if I was his daughter. I gave him a another chance to be a father. I heard Mr Fernando had moved and no one knew where he moved to. I gave birth to a baby boy months later and I named him Luciano. I fell in love with him, the doctors gave him to me. Each and every day I fell love with my baby. When Luciano turned 1, I decided that me and him should go outside town for a joy ride for his first birthday. I put Luciano in his car seat and I went on to my seat. I started driving. I played music as I was driving. I looked at Luciano, he was asleep as I was driving. An hour later he started crying I pulled into a mall. I parked the car and got out the car and went to Luciano. Luciano's diapers was full. I went to the mall with him. I changed his diaper and went to get some food for myself. I went to a restaurant, I sat there and ordered food for me and Luciano. He didn't want to eat. I took out my boob to feed him. He sucked on my boob as I was eating. The waiter came up to me that the others people in the restaurant complained and said they were dusturbed by me breastfeeding my child, its either I stop or leave. I was surprised that people couldn't understand that I was just feeding my child. I asked for takeaways and left. As I was leaving, a man called out my name. I turned around, it was Ares. He came closer before he could speak, "Mama... Mama" Luciano said as he was digging into my shirt for breast milk. Ares looked at me shocked. I just ran away from him. "Kataliya.... Hey Kataliya!" I ignored him as I was running. I got to the car and put Luciano in his car seat. I got into the car and drove off. After I have been for a while I stopped and went to Luciano and breastfed him. He fell asleep as he was in my arms breastfeeding him. I put him back to his car seat and drove back home. We got home and put Luciano to sleep. I sat beside the bed thinking about what happened today. I slept next to Luciano.

Four years later of me in search of Mr Fernando, I finally found him. He was living in a mansion by the lakeside. I asked David to look after Luciano for me while I'm out. I took the car and went by the lakeside mansion where Mr Fernando was living. I saw Mr Fernando leaving the house. I followed him, he just went shopping. I went back since I was certain that he lived in that lakeside mansion. When I got home, I began calling David and Luciano. I went to the living area. I found David and Luciano dead. They had been shot in the head. Luciano was stabbed multiple times and they left a note along the dagger they used to stab him. "I'm not a person to messed with, Kataliya. love yours Mr Fernando." The note said. I fell on my knees crying. I held Luciano's body crying. I was apologizing to him that I wasn't there to protect him. I vowed that I was going to avenge him and David.
