Madison PoV
After we got back to the fishers house I got into work and played with Blake while Conrad got ready for work
Me and Conrad got a lot closer it's nice , you know having a friend . I've been alone ever since I got kicked out three months ago
I graduated high school early at sixteen and I started college right after . I want to become a pre school teacher, I love kids and I want to help them grow up .
Blake went to take her evening nap when Conrad came back from work
" hey mads I'm back "
"Oh hey Conrad , I'll get my stuff and head out "
" no you should stay we could talk for a bit "
" umm okay , sure "
" so what about two wine glasses and popcorn huh?" I smile " sure "
He bring back two wine glasses and a wine bottle and pours it into the glasses
" I'm glad I found you , Blake loves you she talked about you a lot "
" I love her too , she's the sweetest child I've ever met . You did good " he smiles
" do you ever miss your parents? "
" of course , they were there for me 100% of the time . They died in a car crash on the way from here , it was there favourite place so I knew I had to live here when I grow up"
"You know I'm scared sometimes , of what it would be like losing her , she been through so much she doesn't deserves that "
" I get that believe me when my aunt kicked me out I was so scared to lose my last piece of family I had left . I don't have any siblings and my aunt was my father step sister and she hated my mom . My mom used to say it was because she was secretly in love with my dad "
" what the fuck?!"
I laugh
" yeah it was so weird thinking about it but I kinda think it was true.
She kicked me out as soon as she could and she used to say that I reminded her of the devil she meant my mom "
" does it get any easier?"
" no , it hurts a lot still but I know they are with me always and as the time goes by I believe it was their fate , as much as it hurts me to think that "
He looked at me in silence
He looked deep into my eyes
He started to lean in closer to me holding my hand
I lean in as well
He cups my cheek pulling me into him
He kisses me
Slow but sweet
It lasted for a minute
We pulled apart I smile and so does he
He pulls me into a kiss again this time longer and hungrier like he wanted this to happen for a long time
I wanted that for a long time
We're both drunk I know it but we continue kissing until someone knocks on the door
" hey Conrad ? It belly can I come in "
" yes just a second "
"I got to go I'm sorry we shouldn't have done it , I , bye " I ran of ignoring belly at the door
