xx Chapter 10 xx
Kassidi Styles laid comfortably on her living room couch with the family 150" flat screen TV in front of her playing Harry and Kass' favorite movie, Love Actually. With a Iced Caramel Macchiato from Starbucks and a box of Blueberry Cake Donuts in her lap, Mrs. Styles was completely satisfied with how her day was going. Her husband was working that day at his job at All Star Boxing Gym as a personal boxing trainer, and she had the whole house to herself. But it's weird how one little thing can ruin your whole day.
Kassidi jumped off the couch and sprinted to the nearest down stairs bathroom. All of the blueberry donuts came up at once, puking her guts out. She leaned over the toilet, hurling until she was dry heaving with nothing left in her stomach.
"God damn old donuts." She cursed under her shaky breath. Kassidi lifted herself off of the ground and rinsed her mouth out in the bathroom sink. Her eyes made their way to her reflection. A thirty five year old woman with long wavy auburn hair and bright blue eyes stared back at her. She then looked down at her abdomen. "No." Kassidi shook the thought out of her head. "I'm thirty five years old. I can't be.."
Mrs. Styles spun around out of the down stairs bathroom and quickly walked to the house phone.
"Please pick up, Em, please pick up." Her heart was pounding against her rib cage, and her chest began to rise and fall unsteadily.
"Hello?" Emily laughed into the phone, Liam's chuckles in the background.
"Em, I need you to come over. Like now." Kassidi impatiently tapped her foot on the white tile of the dining room. "It's urgent."
"How urgent is it because I'm in the middle of a mo-"
"Emily please!" Kassidi begged into the phone, cutting Emily off in mid sentence. She then lowered her voice into a whisper.
"I think I'm pregnant."

"You're both gonna be late for school if you don't get down here!" Rose called up with stairs the next morning, still wearing her pajamas but her brown hair in a messy ponytail and her hands on her hips tiredly. But at the same time, it didn't matter to her how tired she was. Rose was just in a hurry to get the kids out of the house so she could head over to Styles' household.
Luke made sure to make a loud bang with every step her took down the stairs, knowing it would echo throughout the large house.
"Lucas James Horan! You know your father is trying to get some rest, he had to stay at work later then he expected last night." Rose rubbed her temples stressfully. She felt a small migrane coming to her. Great. Luke rolled his blue eyes and threw his backpack over his shoulder. Lily followed close behind her brother after giving her mom a hug. Rose folded her arms over her chest as her children closed the door behind them.
"Those children don't understand what I gave up for them." She sighed to herself. The phone then rang, causing her to jump. "Lord!" Rose ran as quiet as she could to the phone and smashed it to her ear. "Hello?"
"Where are you?! Em is already here!" Kassidi nearly shouted into the phone. Panic was clearly expressed in her voice.
"Im leaving my house right now!" Rose hung up on Kassidi, not waiting for her to reply and threw on her light jacket. All the families lived around the same block, which meant it took Rose three minutes to get to the Styles' Household.
