"Luke, Lily. Can me and your father talk to you for a minute?" Rose called outside to her children. Luke, her son, was playing football (soccor is England) while her daughter, Lily, was texting on her cell phone in the grass. They looked up with a frustrated look.

The children entered the house, sat at the dining room table, and stared at their parents.

"Both of you haven't been on your best behavior." Niall started, his arm wrapped around Rose's waist. The two parents glanced at each other wondering if they wanted to back out or not.

"What's this about?" Luke asked, narrowing his eyes at his parents. Rose looked down at him with a concerned expression.

"Well...The way that you both talk to us." She pulled Niall closer to her for protection.

"And your actions. They are disrespectful to do to your parents." He finished the sentence for her. The kids had no idea what they're parents were talking about.

"Can we just get this over with? I need to practice for the game next week." Luke sighed, glancing at his sister who was just as annoyed as him.

"You both are going to Public School." Niall blurted out right before Rose was about to go off on both of the children.

"What?! This is a joke, right? Haha that's funny. Don't mess around like that." Lily laughed to herself but stopped when she saw they had a serious face on. "Wait, you're serious?!"

They both nodded at her. Then they looked at Luke, waiting for his yelling response to the whole situation. But instead, he shrugged as if it was only nothing.

"Mmmkay."

"What...?" Rose's eyes widened in surprise at her son's answer. He let out a chuckle at everyone's expressions. Even Lily was looking at him like he was a psycho.

"I said okay. Is there a problem with that?" Luke replied sarcastically. Niall narrowed his bright blue eyes at him. Luke was really freaking out about it all. But he had a plan. He looked at his sister with a 'just go with it' expression. Lily gave a little nod that was only visible to her sibling.

"Uh, no. Why don't you and your sister go upstairs while me and your mum...talk." Niall was still confused. He thought Luke was going to throw a huge fit and be angry with the both of them. But it was just the complete opposite.

"Aight." Luke motioned for his sister to follow him up the stairs. She followed quickly behind him.

When the two parents heard the door close, they both looked at each other.

"I'm so...." Rose started trailing off.

"Confused. As am I." Niall finished for her.

Rose sat down at the table, glancing up at Niall and back at the two papers that were sitting right in front of her.

The Enrollment Papers.

Niall joined her, filling out Luke's paper for her.

Luke James Horan. Age 16. Grade 11.

Lily Joy Horan. Age 14. Grade 9.

Rose stopped before she put her signature at the end, not sure if this was right.

"Niall. I'm not sure. Deep down inside I know this is right but at the moment it sounds like we're ruining their lives." She bit her lip nervously. Her husband for over 16 years chuckled and pecked her lips softly.

"Yes, I'm sure. We're not ruining their lives, we're trying to improve their behavior. Be thankful for what they have. Remember?"

Rose nodded and rested her head on his shoulder. He kissed her forehead with a grin.

The two stressed parents continued to fill out the papers that would change their children's lives.

Upstairs, the Horan children were sitting in Luke's bedroom as Luke talked about his little 'plan'.

"It's simple. We don't give them the reaction they want, they don't send us. Simple as that." Luke crossed his arms, leaning in his computer desk chair. Lily looked away with a confused expression. She was still mad about what her parents' planned, but she then decided that she would go along with her brother's plan.

"Okay. But how did you act so..normal when they told us?!" She laid on her back and stared at the ceiling whilst fiddling with her fingers. Luke set out a loud sigh before laying next to his sister on his bed.

"It's called faking. Inside, I was nearly having a heart attack... " He shrugged. "They will change their mind. Don't worry. I acted to relaxed for them to send us. I've got this whole thing under control." Luke closed his eyes. Little did he know that it would turn out completely different. That their parents' wouldn't change their minds. And that they were indeed going. He slowly started to doze off . Right before he slipped into a deep sleep, Lily got off the bed and walked out the door whispering "I love you, bubba. And we'll get through this together."
