hangout pt.2

A/N: it's 4am rn and I really want to go to sleep so this is just gonna be a quick chapter before i go to sleep also tysm for 30 reads i never thought I'd get more than 5 so I'm actually super happy!

I brushed my hair again just to make sure that it looked alright before Kyle got here., and as soon as I put my hairbrush down the doorbell went off. "Coming!" I say quickly before running down the stairs. Once I got down the stairs I rushed towards the door to open it for Kyle.

"Hey Kyle!" I said giving him a small smile. "Hey y/n" he replied with a kind tone. "You better come in, it's really cold out there." I said to him before he stepped inside the porch. "Thanks" he spoke as he took his shoes off and placed them next to mine on the porch.

I looked at the time and it said 12:23 and so I decided to ask Kyle if he wanted to go watch a movie since my mom wasn't home. He said yes and so I told him that he should sit down on the couch while i get a blanket and some snacks.

Time skip

Once i had gotten the snacks I walked back over to the living room where Kyle was sat and placed the snacks on the table before quickly running back upstairs and then grabbing a large blanket with strawberries on it and giving it to Kyle.

"This is a cute blanket y/n!" He said. "Aww thank you Kyle my grandma knitted it for me, she said she spent 8 hours on it!" I replied. "Your grandma sounds lovely" he told me "yeah she is she's 78 and a widow so I make sure i speak to her every day." I spoke.

I leaned forward to grab the remote from the table so that i can flick through Netflix to decide on the movie to watch. I decided on (f/m) and asked Kyle if he was okay with it. He said yes and so I put it on.

Halfway through the movie i looked at Kyle and he seemed to look very tired, he seemed to be drifting off very slowly. I gently wrapped my arm around him and guided him towards my shoulder. He jolted awake at this movement but soon realised where he was. He slowly leaned back into my shoulder and then looked up at me, gave me a small smile and then snuggled into my shoulder.

After a while he fell asleep, by this time the movie was finished so I gently lifted him up and moved him to the other couch while I changed the first couch into a bed. Once I did that I slowly walked up the stairs to get some pillows while trying to be as quiet as possible. I got upstairs and found two pillows and brought them back down.

I gently picked Kyle up again and placed him on the couch, I then grabbed the blanket and led down on the bed while placing the blanket on us. I turned around and put my hand under my pillow ready to go to sleep when I felt a pair of arms slither around my waist. I then heard a small mumble before feeling something against the back of my neck. I smiled knowing that Kyle was snuggled against me.

That was the only thing that caused me to go to sleep.I felt safe in his arms, I knew that I was slowly drifting off into a deep sleep and this time I didn't try to fight it. This time I let my body finally rest...
