You lied there under the bright stage lights in shame. In embarrassment. It was the Night of Champions, and you had lost Women's title to Asuka. Tears were pooling in your eyes, knowing that Joe would be upset. You rolled out of the ring and slowly trudged backstage trying your best to hold in your tears.
As soon as you had made it backstage, the boys were waiting for you. You ran into Josh's arms sobbing, arms squeezing his torso. You could feel Jon rubbing your back up and down. You could feel Josh take a deep breath before speaking, "Look at me, ma" you shook your head no, too embarrassed to even show your face. "Y/N, come on look at me, baby" you sniffled and looked up at Jey with your eyebrows knitted and tears flowing down your cheeks.
"What's on your mind, baby?" "Y'all are disappointed in me and Joe is going to be so, so angry at me." You saw Josh sigh sadly and then look at you. "Look baby, me and Jon are damned proud of you. You went out there and you gave hell of a performance. So we're not disappointed. For Joe, at the end of the day you're my woman. So, trust me. I won't be letting him speak to you any kind of way. You're my wife. So, I'll handle him." You looked at him and smiled, "Thank you" then you started crying again. Then Jon reached for you. "Awe, come here, sis." You leaned into his chest apologizing. "I'm sorry, I don't even know why I'm acting like this." Jimmy smiled, "Now sis, you already know. Me and Joshua big headed ass got your back. If it comes down to fighting Joe, it is what it is. You know we love your raggedy ass." You laughed "I love y'all, too." You took a hold of Josh's hand and walked towards the Bloodline locker room in nervousness.
"Y/N" you looked down in shame. You could hear Joe growling under his breath. "Look at me when I'm talking to you." You looked up with Josh rubbing your shoulders, "Yes, my Tribal Chief?" "You failed" Your eyes started watering, "I know" you croaked. You could hear his voice becoming increasingly loud. "You think it's fine to just embarrass my bloodline? Your brothers in law? Your husband? You couldn't do one simple thing and just bring a title back? I don't even know why you're in the Bloodline. You're not even family." You started crying once again. Joe doesn't even want you in the family.
You could feel Josh getting up, "Look, Uce. You not about to talk to my wife like that. You see her? That's my woman. Not yours. She ain't nobodies bitch." You were standing in the middle looking at them. You could see the gears turning in Joe's head. "See Y/N? All you do is mess things up. You costed them their titles. You costed yourself your title. Tonight I'm going to show you how to earn a title" he then turned to look at the twins, "And keep one." Josh got up and stared Joe down. Jon grabbed his arm and wrapped an arm around your shoulder and pulled you both out of the room.
You felt yourself breakdown once you were out of the room. Sliding down the wall with your head in your hands and your chest heaving up and down. "Move, Jon" you felt big hands cup your cheeks. "Hey, mamas, hey. Calm down for me baby. Look at me." He placed your hand onto his chest. "You feel that, mama? Breathe with me."
You eventually calmed down. "Jon, can you stay with her, Uce?" "Yeah I got you" You started crying again when Joshua walked away. Jon looked at you with a look of sadness. He wrapped an arm around your shoulder as you both walked to the talent viewing.
You watched Roman and Solo go head to head with Sami and KO. They were doing okay, but not as good as the opponents. You see Josh run out and you knit your brows in confusion. You see him slide into the ring and super-kick Joe and Joseph; knocking Joseph out. "Wtf" you heard Jon mumble on the side of you.
You took off towards the ring with Jon following after you. When you get out there; you see Joes nose bleeding from the repeated punches in his face and hearing Josh yelling at him about you. About how you're his lady, his family, his wife, and he will not put up with you being disrespected. You jump onto Josh yelling at him to stop with tears in your eyes.
