Hello everyone, Apex here, making a new story that will be an original story and WILL be part of the Dekuverse alongside will variants of Izuku Midoriya aka Deku like: Deku 10, Dekiru, Deku X, Grin (from the story: "Humanity's Monsters"), and more variants out there within the Dekuverse.
So, the first character I'll start off here is Issei Hyoudou.

Age: 16 (At the start of the story he'll be in his younger years during the first 2 or 3 chapters before he grows up to his current age, and he'll be 16 in season 2. Plus, he'll be 18 or 19 by the end of this series and will be an adult in the epilogue).
Hero Name: Red Emperor
Quirk: Quirkless
Supernatural Powers: He possesses super-strength, extreme levels of durability, hyper-regeneration, flight, breathe fire, able to cast magic (mainly fire, earth, and wind), transformation (between human form and dragon form), high intelligence, expert combatant in hand-to-hand fighting (or close range), & wields the Boosted Gear which enable him to increase his powers in terms of strength.
Abilities: Can do all the things a dragon can do (especially dragon emperors). Plus he and Izuku's dragon physiology can attract females of different ages and species to them with the help of their powerful aura's and pheromones.
