Nandini, an oppressed girl, escapes her house which seems more like a prison to her and faints on the road only to be carried to a hospital by an unknown man named Doctor Manik Malhotra. How will the duo's love blossom?

Said Nandini's paternal grandmother Patali who hated Nandini as she was an illegitimate daughter to late Sanskar and Swara who later married but still the trio were hated.
