Tiffany Sage used to love summer. She used to love getting dropped off at Belly and Stevens house, staying the night before they all left for Cousins beach.
The blonde used to love spending time with Belly and Zara, her two best friends besides Steven. Belly was always like a little sister to Tiff, her friendship with Zara was always comforting and laid back, and her friendship between Steven and Jeremiah was always chaotic and fun.
Conrad was different though. There was always a spark between them that the four mothers loved to tease them about.
"Oh you two are going to be married one day!" Or "Awe doesn't she look so pretty Connie?!"
Conrad and Tiffany felt it too, obviously. The only thing stopping Tiffany from pursuing the relationship was Isabel Conklin. Belly had always had the biggest crush on both Conrad and Jeremiah. Of course it irritated the blonde that she wanted both of them, but she would never do anything to hurt Belly. Even if that meant locking away her feelings.
Except the summer after her Fifteenth birthday when Belly confided to Zy and Tiff that her feelings had gradually targeted Jeremiah. It put more pressure on Belly and Zara's friendship but cut the strains between Bells and Tiffs. That's what helped the girl to make the decision of confessing her feelings to Conrad.
The boy was relieved to hear that Tiffany liked him in that way, because he also liked her that way but was tired of getting rejected by her for the sake of Belly.
One thing lead to another and they ended up making a mistake, having sex. Now, Tiffany had always leaned towards the purity culture and loved making plans for her future.
Find a boyfriend, go out with him for a couple years, and then get married. Then, and only then would she have any kind of sex with the guy. That plan was ruined after the night between her and Conrad.
She didn't care though, at least she got the boy of her dreams. That was until her father got sick and she was rushed home a week before she was supposed to leave Cousins.
Tiffany and her father had always been close, so she confided in him. Told him about her and Conrad's newfound romance. Let's just say he didn't take it well.
The girl was looked at as a slut by her father all the way until his death which took place eight months later. Even after his harsh actions and words, she still loved her father and she took his death extremely hard. Tiffany had ghosted almost everyone, only keeping in contact with Steven and occasionally Belly. The other three reminded her too much of summer and happiness.
Now, Tiffany isn't a sweet innocent little girl anymore. After moving away to California with her now widowed mother, Tiffany's life style changed for the worse.
She has one last chance to get her life together before her mother, Emily, has to send her to court ordered Boarding School.
Emily's solution? Take her to Cousins beach with her childhood family. Except, she leaves in the middle of the trip, abandoning Tiffany to make her own decisions. Tiffany was never good at making her own decisions.
