Groaning at the sound of birds chirping I lift myself up, rubbing my eyes.

Where the hell is Zara?

I question, looking around my bedroom. That's when I spot two cards on my bed shelf.

Finally getting out from underneath the covers I walk over to the cards and my brows furrow as I read the papers.

They're completely identical other than who they're addressed to.

One says Zara Miller and the other says Tiffany Sage.

Susannah must of dropped them off on the way to her room.

Clearly Zara had already seen it since it shows that she signed her signature, agreeing to being a Debutante.

I smile to myself and sign my own signature on my card.

Checking my phone for any texts I see one from my therapist asking to schedule an online appointment, so I swipe it away and look at the weather.

It's like 5 am so I just simply put on a light jacket.

I climb out of my window and land not at all gracefully, and start my morning walk.

At Cousins beach I have a routine.

Mornings, I go on an hour walk when everyone's still asleep, then when I get back I listen to music and take a shower.

After that the day consists of painting, going to new places or trying things, listening to music, and mostly hanging out with everyone.

Now that me and Zara are applying for the country club, I'll probably be spending most of my time there and at the Débutante practices.

Then at night me and Belly go do our nightly swims and talk about our day. We also usually watch movies with moms and Zara.

Steven and Jeremiah used to tease me for having such a tight schedule, but it's just a way for me to enjoy my summer.

That's one of the things I'm learning to deal with in therapy, chaotic schedules and timing.

Ever since I can remember I've always had have a front to back monthly planner.

My life was constantly stressful due to the fact that my parents could never get along for more than a couple minutes together. We go out to lunch? One of them blows something out of  proportion and the other ends up walking out of the restaurant.
