Giving up my love.....

I started training for soccer and noticed I wasn't performing well like the other players. I researched and thought,and realised I can't be eating anything but natural food. I started easy by just eating a banana each day,but I have officially moved on to eating nothing but healthy food,drinking nothing but water,and giving up my Starbucks. I started eating well,working out with my team,and avoiding sweets. What do you people think about all this,should I not eat sweets?
