Well, here we are - at the end of the this series :( I can't believe it! It was really difficult to write this one, if only because I was sad to say goodbye to these characters I love so much. Although, there's no such thing as a real goodbye. This is the fifth and final story in the Queens of Chicago series. However...
I do have three novellas that will intertwine with these stories. They don't correlate so heavily with the main plot and are more like "Additions" to these main stories. I am also planning out a second generation series. Because I cannot say goodbye to anything ever.
If you've been reading the series, I just want to say a big THANK YOU. I mostly write these for fun as an outlet after the stressful 9-5 of my normal days LOL. I never expected others to even read these, so thank you x100000000.
If you're new, WELCOME! I do recommend reading the first four books of this series. However, you don't necessarily have to to enjoy this one. You just may get more out of it! :)

Again, this book has never seen anyone else's eyes so there may be some oopsies here and there. I also once again only used Google Translate for any translations, so please forgive me if I butchered something.
The timeline of this story starts where the fourth story ended. We pick up with Cal and Viv heading to Dublin to "take care of business." I absolutely love their story, and I hope you do too. Both Cal and Viv have been through a lot - loss, grief, struggle... Viv is smart, thoughtful, and a hard worker. Cal is sunshine personified - fun, full of heart, and loving. They're my golden retriever boyfriend x black cat girlfriend couple. They are each other's anchors in so many ways. Being forced together on this mission forces them to face some feelings for one another. I think after so many years of secretly pining after one another and pretending they're only friends, you'll be pleased with the way their story ends up ;)
