It's 5:00 pm, and the Maid Cafe my friends and I work at is closing. I clean up and turn the lights out, making my way to the door, locking it as I leave. I sigh and pull my phone out to text my boyfriend.

Kc- "Tough day at work, wanna bake cookies when I get home?"

Zane- "Of course, my love."

Kc- "Okay 🩷"

♡ZANES POV♡

I'm sitting on the couch watching My Little Horseys when I get a notification on my phone. I pick up my phone to see a text from my gf. "Tough day at work, wanna bake cookies when I get home?" Nana and I bake together a lot. It's my favorite way to spend time with her, I love her so much. Her pastries are always perfect. I respond with, "Of course, my love." And continue watching my show.

20 minutes later

♡KAWAII CHANS POV♡

I knock on the door of mine and Zanes house, the door opens. "Hey, Nana," Zane says with a smile as he steps aside, letting me inside. I walk in and pull him into a hug. He hugs me back, rubbing up and down my back drawing shapes in a comforting manner. "Are you okay, dear?" Zane says quietly. "I'm okay, I just had a rough day at work." I said, hoping he'd brush it off. "Wanna talk about it?" "No it's fine. I'm okay. I was just really overwhelmed, and a few customers were rude." "Alright, I got things ready for cookies." Zane says with a smile, placing a kiss on my forehead. "Thank you." He grabs me by my hand, leading me to the kitchen.

Time skip, they're making cookies 😱

♡3rd POV♡

Zane wraps his arms around Kawaii-Chan's waist as she forms hearts out of sugar cookie dough, placing them on a cookie tray one by one. Zane lays his head on Kawaii-Chan's shoulder as she continues making hearts out of cookie dough. "Zane, I can't move very well with your head nuzzled into my neck." Kawaii-Chan says giggling. "O-oh sorry Nana.." Zane says, embarrassed. "It's alright, beloved, wanna get started on the icing?" Kawaii-Chan says as she puts the cookies in the oven. "Yes, please." Kawaii-Chan and Zane start working on making homemade icing. "Zane, you need to be more firm and fast while stirring, or the spoon won't move." Kawaii-Chan says gently, putting her hands on Zanes guiding him, helping him stir. Zane blushes as she does this. Although Zane and Kawaii-Chan have been dating for 3 years, he still gets very nervous around her and is sensitive to touch. "Oh, thank you, Nana.." Zane says, slightly embarrassed as he had been practicing baking to impress her, and he thought he was doing good at stirring.

10 minute time skip Σ(O_O；)

The icing was finished, and the cookies were ready. Zane pulled the cookies out of the oven and placed them on the counter to cool. Kawaii-Chan and Zane walk to the living room and turn on My Little Horseys and watch it until the cookies are cool enough to decorate. Zane and Kawaii-Chan pause mlh and start to decorate the cookies. Zane grabs a silver butter knife, scooping and spreading the icing onto the heart-shaped sugar cookies sprinkling on light and dark pink spinkles onto the cookie. Kawaii-Chan and Zane repeat this until all of the cookies are decorated in pink icing and sprinkles. "They look wonderful, Nana. Thank you for helping me make them." Zane says, placing his hands on Kawaii-Chans cheek and kissing her lips softly. Kawaii-Chan kissed back, giggling into the kiss. Zane and Kawaii-Chan eat cookies and watch cartoons cuddling until time for bed.

AN: Kawaii-Chan is a JOKE NICKNAME. Zane calls Kc Nana!!! (her real name cause the name Kawaii-Chan makes me sob and cry). Zane is clingy. Kc doesn't talk in 3rd person around Zane
