We gonna go head and skip some games cause I'm tired. Chapter is long asf but I hope it makes up for my absence.
After a couple days Raven found herself getting ready for he England v. Senegal game. She was excited to get some sunlight after days in the hotel basically, too scared to potentially run into Marcus or any of the team for that matter.

After the game the boys obviously won so she waited near the tunnel to congratulate her favorites.

After saying bye to everyone and she tries to keep the conversation with Mason to a minimum scared that he might ask her questions about anything that's happened the past few days he hasn't seen her. She loved him but she couldn't find the words to tell him she'd been toying with an engaged man. HIS TEAMMATE at that.

After finally leaving after making up an awful excuse so Mason wouldn't be worried Raven rushed to her hotel room and makes a phone call .
Maya answers. "Hey boo, whatcha doing ?" Maya smiles. She could tell Raven was nervous because of her knee constantly bounced up and down. "What's wrong boo?"
"Marcus ate me out". Maya's mouth falls to the floor. "WHAT... MARCUS WHO?? MARCUS RASHFORD". "Yes, Marcus Rashford"
"But isn't he en-". "Yes Maya he is and I feel awful".
"I mean are you home wreaking yes. Is the home a rich fine black man yes" Maya shrugs. Raven laughs " Maya seriously what do I do? Like this can't happen again"
Maya rolls her eyes "just ignore him avoid him, yk the whole 'getoversomeone' protocol then you'll find someone new who isn't engaged" Maya shrugs again as if it's just common knowledge.
Raven thought about it. "You know what, yea we'll do that.". "Okay but you know I gotta ask... was it good ???"
Raven sat there silent for a little. "He kept eating it at after I came..." Maya smiles " ugh I'm happy for you".
The girls caught up for another two hours until Raven decided it was time for her to take a nap.
