Pairs for Dandiya!

" So guys , can any of you tell me what you all do in Navratri?" Shruti asked happily as all Rajkumars and Rajkumaris decided to do timepass in the Garden which is near the palace. Shravan , Arjun, Krishna and Karn were playing carrom , and Vedika, Pratyush, Shaurya and Shikhandini were also playing carrom on another carrom board and rest people were just watching at the game.

" Nothing special , we just worship Devi Maa and eat lot of food and sweets !!" Bhim answered gleefully while eating laddoos . He also brought a bowl full of laddoos even in the garden.
Everyone rolled their eyes and chuckled.

" But , Bhrata Bhim is right ....that's what we do !!" Arjun agreed .
Shruti rolled her eyes in boredom .

" Well .... Dwaparyuga is extremely boring!!" Shravan added while playing. Vedika and Shruti agreed and others glared at them.

Shruti glanced at everyone , busy in whatever work they were doing.
Suddenly an idea came in her mind and she grinned to herself. Arjun saw that .

" Shruti, why are you grinning like a creep ?" Arjun asked and gave her a weird look.

" My dear Rajkumar Arjun , A really fantastic came in my mind just now !!" Shruti jumped up in excitement. Arjun blushed when Shruti called him ' My dear Rajkumar Arjun ' . Vedika and Shravan exchanged smirks.

" And Can you enlighten us about your idea Chandni ?" Krishna asked without looking her .

" What about we perform Garba and Dandiya this Navratri ? .... In Kaliyuga we have this tradition , especially in Gujarat. Bur believe me , it's super fun and entertaining!!" Shruti explained joyfully. Pratyush looked at Vedika because she also told him about this Garba,Dandiya before.

" What's that ?" Nakul asked in confusion.

" Its type of dances ,Nakul and it's fun !" Shruti replied

" Well ,....I know Dandiya!" Krishna piped in , while grinning.

" I know !" Shruti said immediately.

" But none of us know ! ...We can perform this Dandiya and Garba thing only if you will teach us ." Arjun grinned.

The carrom game was over and everyone sat in a big circle as if they are gathered for some picnic.

" Well .... Now if we have decided to perform then we need to make pairs of two , one male and one female . So do you have problem in that....?" Shruti drawled while addressing everyone, while standing in the middle of the circle.

" We don't have any problem!" Everyone replied , except Shravan and Vedika , they were busy in their own mobile world.

" Okay but the problem is , there are only seven girls and lots of boys. So any seven can only participate, at least for first dance . So I think you should do a lucky draw for deciding who seven will be dancing." Shruti explained apologetically. All Rajkumars gave her a look saying " Hamesha ladko ki sankhya he kyu jyada hoti hai !!"

But still everyone agreed for lucky draw , except Shravan , because he was not knowing what's going on , same in case of Vedika.

" Abe murkho !.... Agar wo mobile ek second Mai nahi choda na , toh use Mai gutter Me fake dungi !!" Shruti snarled and whacked Shravan's and Vedika's head harshly . Both of them groaned but immediately shoved mobiles in their pockets.

" So what's going on ?!" Both of them asked in unison and grinned sheepishly. Everyone were giving murderous look to both of them and it was indication for them to shut their mouths up before everyone kills them.
