Arjun's POV

" Vedika wake up !!" I shaked her with my one hand , other hand clutching the reins of horse. I was in panicked state becuase Vedika was passed out and I haven't handled such situation before. It was easy for me to kill Rukmi,  but Madhav strictly ordered us to not harm him and if I harmed him , I think Rajkumari Rukmini will kill me and if Vedika died, Shruti and Shravan will eat me alive. Mera antim samay nikat hai.

But suddenly I got glimpse of a chariot coming from from front with 4 horses riding beside it. A wave of relief passed over me knowing that my knights in shining armour are here.

I increased the speed of my horse and headed towards the chariot. I saw Rukmi also increasing his speed.

" Parth , what happened!" Madhav shrieked as soon as I reached the chariot . Rajkumari Rukmini was also in the chariot , she also looked worriedly at my shoulder where Vedika's head was resting.

" Madhav , she got stabbed in her stomach and she have already lost lots of blood . What should I do now ?" I asked panicking. Madhav glanced behind me , from where Rukmi was heading towards us while shouting some bad words which I didn't care at this point of time.

" Parth , look behind our chariot."  I did as told and saw Shruti , Shravan,  Bhrata Karn, Bhrata Duryodhan and Subhadra were coming on their horses. 

" Subhadra have experience to handle such situation and I think Shruti can also help .So you take Vedika to Parvati Mata's temple and let Subhadra and Shruti treat her . I will deal with Rukmi. Is it clear ?" Madhav said hurriedly.  I nodded.

" SUBHADRA,  SHRUTI COME WITH ME , FAST !!" I yelled , once I was near them. All of them furrowed their eyebrows in confusion but it was replaced by a horrified expression when they saw Vedika passed out.

Without further questioning,  they followed me . Not only Subhadra and Shruti, but also Shravan,  Bhrata Karn and Bhrata Duryodhan followed me.

As soon as we reached the temple,  Shravan jumped from his horse and picked up Vedika in bridal style. Subhadra and Shruti also mounted off from their horses and ordered Shravan to carry Vedika to the area behind Devi Maa's idol.

Shravan came out of the temple and stood beside me. I think , Subhadra and Shruti started treating Vedika.

" How the hell  did this happen ?" Bhrata Karn asked in ice cold voice . Woah .... what happened to him? , He is glaring at me like , he is about to kill me.

" Calm down Bhrata Karn , ........ This happened because of Vedika's stubbornness.  She just came to Dwaparyuga and directly tried to fight with well trained soldiers. No doubt she is good at sword fighting because I saw her skill with my own eyes ....but she is not perfect and that's the reason , why she got stabbed." I explained nonchalantly. Bhrata Karn's eyes softened a bit .

" But Thanks for saving her bro , ...... I know that she is perfect is shooting but not in sword fighting. I wonder why she didn't used her martial art skills ?" Shravan said thinking.

" I think she wanted to try sword fighting. " Bhrata Duryodhan piped in.

" I think you are right !, she always keeps on struggling to become perfect in everything  . But due to her stubbornness , today she is on the verge of death." Shravan said while pacing up and down.

We sat on the stairs of the temple , waiting for the Rajkumaris.Shravan was continuously pacing up and down , he was looking like he will burst into tears anytime. Me and Bhrata Duryodhan were staring at Shravan worriedly and Bhrata Karn was staring into nothing . He was having blank countenance,  making it unbale for me to guess , what he was thinking. After waiting for sometime  , we heard some noise causing us to look at the source of it and we saw Madhav a Rajkumari Rukmini coming towards us on their chariot , causing our eyes to lit up.
