MILEENA PANTED AS SHE WAITED FOR THE BEAT TO DROP, listening to the roar of the crowd. The beat finally began, as she lifted the mic up to her mouth. "This song, i wrote about a special guy. This guy, ah you guys have no clue how much i love this man. If only he knew...well i mean he's about to, we'll see" Lee chuckled.
"Saw you at the corner store, I don't think we've met before, But it's so nice to meet you, How have I never seen you?" Lee sang, as the crowd cheered louder, before dying down. "You were wearing corduroy, Looking like a poster boy, Caught the scent of your shampoo, Yeah, I think that I love you" She continued.
Jaime sat backstage, praying that this song was about him, when he heard the word 'Corduroy' he began to smile as he remembered the first time they met, he was in fact wearing Corduroy.
"Know we just met, I gotta confess, With you I don't see an end, 'Cause you'll be the death of me, My greatest enemy, But for now...It's you and iiiiiiiiii...It's you and iiiiiiiii...I see my lifeeeeeeee..In your eyessssssssss" Lee continued, picturing Jaime in her mind as she sang.
"Are you from another lifetime? Have you known me all along? Or am I just wishful thinking? And I don't know you at all? You could be a killer who's on the loose, The next day I'll end up on the news, Oh, I don't care you can call me a fool, 'Cause I got a good feeling about You and iiiiiiii....It's you and iiiiiiii....I see my lifeeeeeeeee....In your eyesssssssss" Lee sang, as the beat come on, allowing her to catch her breath.
After a few seconds of the beat playing, the beat softened, as she raised the mic back up to her mouth.
"Know we just met, I gotta confess, With you I don't see an end, 'Cause you'll be the death of me, My greatest enemy, But for now..It's you and iiiiiii..It's you and iiiiiii..I see my lifeeeeee...In your eyessssss" The girl softly sang, as the song came to an end and the crowd roared.
Lee sang a few more of her songs, mainly from her Women Like Me album, before the last song came up. "Alright guys, the last song is here! I know, I know, we're having SO much fun! But, we make shit count right y'all! So let's do this!" Lee shouted, as the crowd screamed.
The beat came on, and Lee took a deep breath. "This song is about someone who affected my life badly, only the people closest to me know about him. But, i wrote a song about him, so you guys can hopefully get a feel for what it was he did" Lee said, as she cleared her throat.
