The Mysterious Island

I had a fun packed day at Skeggness with my family. We spent most of our time in the arcades and the rest of the day on the golden sanded beaches, the sky was blue and the sun beaming. My mum had just told me and my younger sisters of eight and six, who are called Jorja and Kyla, to go and play on the beach. Exhausted, we fell to the sandy floor. Tentatively, we began to fall asleep.

What sempt like only minutes later I heard the relentless cry of what sounded like a monkey.

"A monkey, on a beach, in Skegness?" I questioned

Then Jorja and Kyla woke from their sleep. Somehow we were all wet through. We looked around. Trees were made from ice cream cones, the sun was a giant chocolate button rapped in glistening gold paper and the grass made from liquorice,. It was a sweet world. We looked up the tree, which was positioned perfectly stopping a bit of the beaming sun reaching our faces, realizing what I thought was a howling monkey was actually a howling red gummy bear!
