While izuku was talking to himself walking under a bridge his spider sense went off and his narrowed eyes were looking at the sewer and the lit opened something shot out from it

Izuku wasn't even scared nor shocked he just smirked this confused the villain and suddenly his slime body couldn't move.

The villain felt pain and saw black tentacles from Izuku's back inside his body but suddenly he heard

But he couldn't move move nor can he control the boy's body, izuku talons was holding the ground without all might noticing and without him noticing tendrils holding the villain. Izuku closed his eyes while holding the villain.

After izuku had regained conscience he saw all might in front of him.
