Chloe's POV

The time had finally come that i was allowed to go with mama to her doctors appointment to find out what the baby was! i was so excited i couldn't wait to find out what mama was having!

I woke up to my alarm going off as i shut it off before groaning. "it's too early.." i mumbled before i was startled by mama. "hey your the one that once to go do get your butt up missy!" i jumped at her voice falling off the bed as she laughed. "Mama?! what are you doing in here!" she shrugged. "making sure your awake i can't be late after all. come on get around moms already awake and ready." I groan as i get up and check the time 9:21am.. to early!

"hurry up sweetheart or no going!" she demanded as she walks out making my eyes widen as i raced into my bathroom to fix my makeup and hair.

After i was already i walked down stairs grabbing something to eat as i hugged mom. "Mama scare you as well?" she chuckled. "she scared you?" i raised my eyebrow as she nods. "she made me fall out of bed.." i mumbled which made mom giggle. "liz! you aren't supposed to be harming the girl!" mama rolled her eyes as she continued standing by the door. "Hurry up!!"

we all raced out the door and got in the car mom drove since mama was to anxious and would drive way to fast. Once we arrived we all got out. It was just mom, mama, and I since rose was at a friends she didn't want to come with but she said to tell her as soon as we find out the gender.

we walked into the doctors office mom and i going and sitting down as mama checked herself in before sitting with us. "mama you have such a cute little bump!" i giggle. "Chloe.. i'm only 5 months i still have time for it to get bigger as the baby grows it most likely won't stay this small.." I shrug as i look around. "Still it's cute." they both laughed before a doctor came out and called mamas name and guided us back.

Mama got her height and weight taken before they took us back to the ultrasound room making us all anxious as the time got closer! The doctor had mama lay on the table with her shirt up as she squirted a gel on her stomach before she turned on the ultrasound machine. "Clo.. you have to calm it down your bursting!" mama laughs as she layed on the table with her shirt up. I rolled my eyes playfully. "hey it's not my fault i want to see what this little gremlin will be!" Mom smacked my arm making me whine. "don't call your brother or sister a gremlin that's mean."

"Yes don't call your little brother a gremlin." the doctor smiled as we all whipped our heads in her directions. "WHAT?! It's a boy!" mama asked happily. the doctor nodded as she smiled. "You have a very healthy little boy Elizabeth. Congrats to you both would you like the pictures?" We all nodded as we hugged mama. "I wanted a brother haha yes! Uncle chip owes me 50 dollars!" i declared as everyone looked at me making me shyly wave.

"oh uh.. sorry." "did you seriously bet on your siblings gender with your uncle for 50 bucks?" mom raised her eyebrow as i giggle and nodded. "yep! and i won so he can fuck having me give him money!" "hey language missy!" mama glared as she wiped off her stomach. "sorry. sorry."

After we left with the pictures we texted Rose telling her which she was so excited about since we had no boys in the house. I pulled out my phone in the car with a big smile on my face as i texted my uncle.

i raise my eyebrow at the message. Had i texted the wrong number or Uncle Chris got a new number.. But they wouldn't know my name.. "Mama?" I look up front. "Yes love?" "Did uncle chris change his number?" she shakes her head. "not that i know of why?" "no reason.. can i see your phone?" she handed it to me as i messaged uncle chris.

I huffed as i gave mama back her phone. "new number?" "no just a stupid man.." she laughs as we arrived at a store and went inside to get some baby clothes for the new baby. We spent 3 hours shopping as mama and mom argued over everything they saw it was either to much or to little of what they wanted. Finally i got annoyed and started putting random stuff in the cart to make it move faster they could argue later.

"Clo! This is so ugly!" Mama whined once we got home and she was looking at a baby outfit i had just thrown in the cart that said i love my uncle making me laugh uncle chris would love that.. "Hey you two were annoying so i put it in there deal with it!" she huffed but put it in the spare room we would be using as the nursery.

Mom walked in carrying the box that held the crib as she groaned. "why's it so heavy!!" "so your child is safe! would you rather he sleeps on the floor?!" mama got defensive as mom shook her head. "no no i'm sorry my love.." the whole day was spent being in baby things we bought and sorting them out in the nursery since it wasn't set up yet. Mama decided to start painting the nursery in the middle of us moving stuff into it making mom upset.

"Liz! can't this wait!" mama glared at her. "no. are you going to tell your child to wait if he decided to come out right now on this very floor and his room isn't done?!" mom shook her head as she sighed and went back to moving things.

Mama had painted the entire nursery with the help of mom and i, as well as us putting together the crib. By dinner time we had almost the entire nursery put together the only thing not in its place was the enormous amount of baby clothes.. and all the other baby accessories they had bought.

"No more tonight Liz you'll over work yourself it's time to get you and our little boy feed." Mama nodded as they walked off to the kitchen. I stood in the nursery taking in the view that in just a couple months there would be a small baby sleeping in here..
