Moon and stars

⋆ ˚｡⋆୨୧˚chapter twenty-four˚୨୧⋆｡˚ ⋆

I woke up surrounded by the girls. I picked up my phone which was at 5% and turned it off do not disturb.

Thousands of missed calls and texts flooded into my phone from Tom. I barely even remember yesterday, I was scared I had done something wrong.

Just then another text appeared from him.

"I'm outside."

WHAT? He was here? How did he even get Sapphire's address. Without opening the text I quickly scurried out of the bed and grabbed all my things

I headed out the front door and there he was. His car parked right outside her house. God what did I do.

I began rereading out texts as I was walking up to the car. I slowly opened the back seat door.

"No. Come in the front." Tom said sternly as I shut the door and walked over to the passenger side door. I slid into the seat, looking down.

Suddenly, he pulled me into a warm kiss. My eyes were wide and my lips were tense but soon relaxed into the kiss.

"Did I do something wrong?"

"Yeah, not answer me. Do you know what you said last night?" Tom said, one hand on the steering wheel.

I picked up my phone and began swiping.

"You said I love you." He spoke up.

I froze in my seat and cringed at the words.

"I'm sorry. I was drunk and-"

"I love you too, Luna."

I looked up at him, his eyes were full of love and had the same sparkle in them the day I met him. I smiled warmly at him. We sat in front of Sapphires house for a little while, just staring at each other. Tom soon broke the eye contact and began driving away.

"Tom?"

"Yeah?"

"I love you."

He paused for a minute and I looked up at him. He was smiling super hard.

"I love you too. Hey, listen to this song. It's named after you and I think it's super nice."

He turned the song Luna by The Smashing Pumpkins on.

"What moon songs do you sing your babies?"

"What sunshine do you bring?"

After a couple seconds I noticed we passed my house.

"Tom where are we going?"

"You'll see."

He turned the music up a bit more as it played.

"I'm in love with you."

"I'm in love with you."

I smiled as I listend to the lyrics of the song. I was so happy I moved to Germany. I would've never met my amazing boyfriend, my amazing friends, and I would've never had a life like this back in Louisiana.

We soon pulled up at a little beach and Tom stepped out of the car. He opened my car door, allowing me to step out.

"Why are we here?" I said grinning ear to ear.

"Because I love you."

"Are you ever going to stop saying that now?"

"Nope." Tom said as he pulled me by my hand and dragged me towards the ocean.

He picked me up bridal style and walking into the cold water. He set me down and placed his hands on my waist.

"You will never know how happy I am that I met you Luna." He started, I was looking up at him with my arms wrapped around his neck.

"I'm so happy I met you too." I said back pulling him into a kiss.

"No but you don't understand, I was in a very dark place before I met you. You really opened my eyes. Thank you so much Luna." He said pulling away from the kiss and looking into my eyes.

"That's so sweet Tom. I'm so happy I could do that for you." Tom held me in his arms as we hugged in the middle of the ocean. The moment was very peaceful. The wind was cold and calm, the waves slightly crashing onto the shore, and the sun that was now risen.

I love Tom, and I won't ever stop loving him.
