It was 2 AM and Jungkook had come back to the cemetery where his lover was buried. He sat there in front of the graveyard where the name of the person he ever loved so much was written on that gravestone.

Jungkook placed the crimson roses on the gravestone, they were Jimin's favourite. Classy and romantic.
He was smiling lightly as he looked at the name that was engraved on that stone, dusting it off with his hand, something he always does once a week whenever he visits.
"Have you been well, Minnie?" Jungkook asked as he wiped away the tear that crawled down his left cheek. He cleared his throat knowing that Jimin wouldn't like it if he cried.
"I missed you so much, I.. I badly want to see you right now and give you the tightest hug..." Jungkook couldn't stop his tears any longer.
"Won't you come back for me, Minnie? I... I feel so alone... Y-You're gone and now I don't know what to do anymore." Jungkook sobbed but he didn't bother wiping his tears.
"If only I had realised how much you were hurting, if only I wasn't so selfish"
Jimin was very extroverted unlike him. He had a kind and loving heart which made him popular at school. Not to mention he was really uniquely handsome and playful at times.
Although he had many friends but he would only spend his time with Jungkook, telling him that he was more fun to be with than his other friends.
They grew really close, Jimin was Jungkook's only friend and he did not mind that at all.
Jungkook was happy.
There was never a day that he felt alone. Jimin was always there annoying the hell out of him.!He really did enjoy his life at that time. Being with Jimin made him feel loved everyday.
His old neighbor... the person who once lived next to his house, was him.
Jungkook hated him that first time he met him because of how loud and enthusiastic he was. Jimin always loved making new friends but though all the efforts, Jungkook kept on ignoring him.
However the short male was very persistent.
He even remembered having a heart attack when Jimin slipped on the ice, right in front of his door. Jungkook was so worried that he rushed downstairs as fast as he could, to see him laughing really hard."Hey, are you okay?" He asked, pulling him up.
"I'm okay, my nose hurts though," Jimin replied back, rubbing his nose.
"What were you doing in front of my door, again?" Jungkook asked, clear annoyance in his voice. Then he noticed a box on the floor.
"I-I made you cookies but I slipped and I guess they're ruined now," he laughed in pain.
He noticed him shivering and the words came out before he could even rethink his words.
"You should come in, you look cold"
Jimin's eyes lightened up and he gave him a wide smile. Jungkook couldn't help but smile back.
That day, their friendship started and he was the reason for him to continue living his gloomy life.
"I'm so lost without you, Minnie, I couldn't move on. How could I if you had given me the best memories in my entire life? How could I with the burden I feel everyday? How do you expect me to forget you so quickly?" Jungkook hung his head as he let his tears fall on Jimin's gravestone.
"I tried, ..I tried dating new people, but no one came close to giving me the happiness you gave me.. because it's not what you wanted for me, right?" Jungkook questioned, his tears not stopping.
"Because I knew what you wanted ... I knew you wanted me to be with him. I knew the moment he sent me that letter that it was your sign telling me to forget you...To move on with him... You chose him for me, right?" Jungkook clenched his fists, remembering the scene he had of Taehgung when he saw him that day in front of his house.
"I knew it wasn't just coincidence that his smile almost shined as brightly as yours, Minnie... It wasn't coincidence how he acts so much like you. Oh God, I hate how I see you in him... H-He was stubborn and persistent... just like you," Jungkook chuckled bitterly.
"Something I always loved about you."
Jungkook looked at his gravestone, expecting him to talk back but he knew that wasn't possible "But is this really alright,? Is it right for me to love someone else?"
A few minutes of silence and a sudden breeze passed through.
"But I still love you and I'll never be able to forget you"

He wiped his tears off as he walked inside, noticing a familiar small piece of paper, that had been slide through his letter box.
He read through the note and felt the tears start the appear again.
