Chapter 9- festival planning

When I got to class for training Ashido was showing the class her dance moves which were pretty cool. Midoriya was mumbling about how useful dance is in battle and tried to copy Ashido but he just embarrassed himself.

"You know this reminds me of how Sato is always making stuff. It's a hobby but also helps with hero work." Deki said, "Speaking of hobbies I bet yours is the same Jiro,"

"What! I don't know..." Jiro mummers embaressed.

"Come on, your dorm room looks like a recording studio, "Deki smiles, "one look and I can tell music is your whole life."

I was about to say how cool that was until I saw Jiro's flustered face.

"Forget what you saw in there moron,"

"oh, yea that's passion," Denki continued ignoring Jiro's flustered state, "for real though you should start a jam se-"

Deki was cut off by Jiro's ear jack right in front of his face. "Just shut it," Jiro said then walked off leaving Denki confused.

It seems like Jiro is embarrassed about liking music. I wonder why?

Once we sat down Aizawa mentioned the school festival and everyone cheered, "normal school stuff!" which I'm guessing means there's not much of that.

Kirishima then perked up, "Aizawa are we sure this is okay? I mean think about there are villains everywhere right now."

Aizawa agreed, "your right that's a reasonable point however there are students here besides those in the hero course. You get the spotlight every year at the sportfest. This is for everyone else. Everyone is stressed out with the dorms having to be put in place because of the hero course."

Kirishima realised what he was saying and sat down, "When you put it like that, I guess it'd be unfair to cancel."

"This year it'll only be open to UA students and staff with a few exceptions. You need to decide on what you want to do today." Aizawa states before falling asleep.

Ilda then came up to the front as he's class president, "first we'll brainstorm ideas so if anyone has an idea raise your hand."

Suddenly everyone raised there hand which was manic.

"Yes you kaminari," Iida pointed at Kaminari.

"A maid cafe." Kaminari mentioned then started going into further detail but then mineta added on, "that's to tame to-"

Mineta was quickly cut off bu Tsu who tied him up thank god. Everyone started mentioning ideas that seemed to reflect the persons personality. We ended up with one thing from pretty much everyone.

Momo then stated with narrowing it down by crossing of anything that would impossible to do or confusing. This made student groan as their ideas were crossed out. Everyonw then started discussing the rest of the ideas annoying idea. Then the bell went.

"Come up with your idea by tomorrow morning," Aizawa states, "or we'll just go with my idea. An educational lecture."

After that I had extra classes with those who where part of mine and Eri's rescue. so the others where in the dorms deciding on what to do for the festival.

After extra classes where done Aizawa told us that Eri wanted to see Midoriya, Togata and me. Well she wants to make sure we're okay especially Midoriya and Togata. 

Once I got to the hospital with Midoriya we met with Togata who I realised was the hero who lost his quirk. "Hey," Togata smiled, "Your the other girl we saved. My names Mirio Togata but my hero names LeMillion,"

"um, Hi," I replied, "My names Y/N L/N,"

"welp lets not waste any more time. Eri's waiting." Togata smiled making me frown. Afte everything that happened he doesn't seem the slightest bit effected. His quirk was taken from him yet he still smiles. How?

I was taken out of my thoughts when Midoriya slid the door open. I saw Eri on her bed with wide eyes, "Eri," we said in unison.

"I'm sorry we couldn't come sooner," Midoriya apoligised.

"We brought some snacks, "Togata smiled bringing a fruit basket forward, "I hope your hungry,"

Eri took the basket as Togata spoke, "Whats your favorite fruit. Oh, I bet its peachs cause your a peach."

"Apple," Eri replied.

"yea that's what I meant. lets get that sucker pealed for you," Togata said.

"All I could think of when I recovered was how you saved me but I don't even know what to call you,"

Midoriya then introduced himself letting her call him Deku.

"So LeMillion, Deku and then... there was another man with glasses," Eri states, "you all ended up getting hurt because of me. Its all my fault all the terrible stuff that happened."

"Eri.." I mummble

"I know you lost your power protecting me LeMillon," Eri looks down with tears in her eyes. I felt a sense of guilt come over me again as I see Eri in this state.

"Eri," Togata says putting a hand on her head, "I garanty that no of us think its your fault at all. you know what we are thinking though? I'm stupid glad that Eri and Y/N are okay," I look up at him as he mentions my name, "so you see there's no point in apologising promise. don't worry about it. besides everyone fought to see you smile." 

I quickly wiped my eyes as tears formed in his speech. I looked at Eri and saw she was trying to smile, "this is so silly, I think I've forgotten how smiling feels." I frowned at her statement.

Midoriya suddenly stood up and went over to Aizawa, "Mr Aizawa do you think Eri could go out the hospital for one day,"

"I mean it not out of the question," Aizawa replied

"Then I have an idea," Midoriya smiled, "She would come with us to the UA festival,"

"Whats a festival," Eri asked

"Eri this will be great!" I exclaim, "it would so much fun!"

"Its a festival that happens at our school, " Togata explains, "the students organise stalls and events that the other classes can enjoy. Oh and get this I bet there will be candy apples!"

"what are candy apples?" Eri asked.

"Its when they put apples into some sugary stuff and make them even sweater," Togata repiled

I saw Eri's eyes light up.

"okay I'll talk it over with the principle" Aizawa states

"Great," Midoriya smiles, "well Eri, what do you think?"

"You know a minute ago I was sad and didn't know what to do cause I knew that I wanted to be friends with the people who helped me," Eri replied.

"yes that's what we want to," Togata replied and then turned to Midoriya and I, "we should put a case together to convince the principle."

Midoriya and I nodded.

The festival is goinging to be great we just have to show Eri a great time and make her smile.
