Autumn Evening 🌸

It was the start of autumn and mild cold winds were touching my face and i was feeling great. Evenings were always been my favorite, I love taking a walk during the evening. Since it's autumn ,it has become more refreshing and aromatic.

I usually work till 4 pm in my NGO. But today it became a little bit late because few students of a college approach us for their plantation drive program. And it took 2 more hours to schedule our upcoming drive.

My apartment was not far away from my office. I mostly take a walk or sometimes my bike.

After reaching my apartment the first thing I did was to put groceries on the island of the kitchen and went to take a quick shower, coming out wearing a purple hoodie and pyajamas.

I took out my phone to call my mom dad that i have reached my apartment from the office and i am going to have dinner. After hanging up the call i went to the kitchen and started preparing my dinner which was just some plain rice and some ginseng soup since my doctor advised me to include it in my meal.

I was having dinner when my phone rang , it was a call from my NGO manager Mr. Choi... He was my father's friend as well as a retired banker , he wanted to serve humanity so he joined our NGO.

I picked up the call and said
"Aneyong uncle" And he replied greeting me back and said "we are having an invitation from a big corporate company they are selecting few NGOs for their charitable work. We have to meet them next monday "

Monday means after 4 day from today, we got a lot to prepare

I was happy to hear that our work was getting acknowledge by corporate world. It's been 3 year of my NGO and being patient and consistency was paying off. When i got graduated it didn't know what i am going to do further in my life but then starting of NGO and serve people came to my mind. I was alone when i started this journey ,my parents always supported me but they were unsure of success of NGO. Day by day pass and people started to join me. Some work paid while some for only charity.

We had completed many projects and drives with collaboration with schools , colleges and coaching. We had collaborated with a few small corporate companies too but it was the first we got invitation from such big company. I was excited as well as nervous. We have to present ourselves best .

After doing dishes and laundry i went to the balcony with a cup of coffee, my favorite book to read and a cozy blanket. After using my phone for few minutes i started reading my book . Well, that's what we all do right?

It was a tiring day, after reading a few pages i went to my room and fell asleep right away hoping my next day would be good and auspicious.
