"So what's the plan for today?" Lori asks as she strolls into Fatima's master suite
"We can go by the pool and maybe go to a restaurant later, If that's okay with you." Fatima said as she laid in her king sized bed.
"Fatima, we didn't come all the way to Cabo for you to be staying in bed. Get up and get yourself together babe." Lori stated in a soft voice in an effort to motivate Fatima, she settled herself next to fatima, gently patting Fatima's hand.
"Okay." fatima replies as she drags her self out of the comfort of her bed
"Did you eat yet?"
"No not yet, i was waiting for you so i could order something for both of us." Fatima's reassuring voice makes a slight smile appear on Lori's features,
"Good, go get ready we're gonna get have something to eat first then we could go down by the pool." The excitement undeniable in lori's tone.
"Why when we could just order room service." Fatima chimes in causing lori's smile to drop instantly
"Ti i'm not doing this with you, You have to get out of all this mental grieving stage, and do the stuff that once made you happy. Cabo is a place to have fun and meet some fine ass men, not stay here all day and let life pass you by"
"I know that lori, it was too recent for me to overcome i'm still healing not only physically but mentally." Fatima's tone lowered on the second sentence and tears swell up in her eyes.
"And i know that Ti, i also know that healing this way can go two completely different ways, i don't want to lose my bestfriend that way, when i'm around you i can always be myself and laugh now i feel like i haven't even seen your smile since being with hakim." Lori's voice cracks as she becomes emotional about Fatima wellbeing.
"I smile everyday, nothing's change your not losing me. You will always be like a sister to me and my bestfriend, its just that going through a difficult situation right now."
"I complete understand that, i dragged you out of your apartment so you could take a break your business is still running and doing really good." Lori reassures Fatima.
"I totally get that but i'm not their to make sure everything is going fine and running smooth"
"That's what you have employees for fatima for when your not around they would be able to handle everything just how you like it"
"It's just alot lo, I'm trying my best"
"Ti, i know and that's why i'm here for you i even beat that bitch ass putting her in a hospital bed for you."
Cracking a smile "You did do that."
"Of course your my bestfriend and i love you girl."
