After the party from last night, you woke up rubbing your eyes, then you look around noticing that you were in the Gryffindor common room wondering how you got there. You then felt something move beside you, and it was George, your eyes widened from the sight and your face became more red than a tomato. George then slowly woke up seeing you he widened his eyes more his other arm is still wrapped around you.

"Wh- how the bloody hell am I here?!" You asked in a low tone trying your best not to wake anyone else.

"You were drunk last night, and I figured you were really dizzy so I brought you here." George replied as he chuckled at your red face.

"Godric Theo's gonna kill me if he doesn't know I'm here!"

"Oh Nott? Don't worry, he went here last night to ask where you were and he was fine with you being here."

"Wait what??"

"Yeah, by the way," he then stood up from bed to get dressed. "You looked really cute in your sleep last night~" he teased as a cheeky little smile appeared on his face.

"HUH??" You asked in embarrassment, almost like there was smoke coming from your head.

After that you and George just headed down to the Great Hall to eat breakfast, your hands were slightly touching and you were flustered by it. When you entered the Great Hall you see that Slytherin and Gryffindor had smirks on their faces because they knew that you both clearly had feelings for each other and never admitted it just yet. You sat down next to Theodore like always and split up with George.

"Oh I heard you slept in his bed last night Y/N, is it true?" Draco sneered at you joking about it.

"Mind shutting your mouth?" You said as you started eating and ignored him.

"Y/N don't be like that, you literally have feelings for the chap and now you're spending most of your time with him. What's next? Sex?" Theodore teased.

"Theo! What the hell?!" You responded, acting very offended of what he said.

"I'm sorry I couldn't help but joke about it" he replied, continuing to eat.

Yeah I do have feelings for the redhead, it's just.. I'm still not ready yet, everything's all happening so suddenly.

After breakfast you decided to go to your first class which was in potions, somehow you and George ended up being in the same class and he was sitting behind you, some students giggled because they keep seeing George stare at you in such a romantic and cute way. You couldn't help but just ignore it and continue on with what task you were given by Professor Horace. Later on the class had ended but before it did Professor Horace announced that you are gonna have an assignment and being partnered with someone, luckily enough you were partners with George and he was happy about it while you looked like you weren't gonna survive being with him in only one second, but you had no choice so you just accepted it.

You then decided to go to the courtyard to meet up with Theo and Draco as usual but as you got there you just saw a note.

Dear Y/N.

Sorry me and Draco couldn't hang out with you today here at the courtyard like usual, we got into detention because that bleach blonde idiot handed Potter a drawing to where Draco was punching his stupid face and added: "Your face and yours only is the one I'll ever be punching this year." and Snape saw it. I swear we'll make it up to you.

You chuckled at the reason why they got detention in the first place and kept the note in your pocket, deciding to just go to the library and read a book, but somehow you felt hesitant because it reminded you of that one night, you huffed and chose to tell George to accompany you in the library so nothing bad would happen to you. Of course, George agreed and he happily accompanied you in the library, while you were walking there you were almost touching hands again and this made you flustered already. George was bored when you made it there and couldn't help but play with your hair, you found it cute and couldn't help but slightly smile.
