What if Luffy had full mastery over his devil fruit as a kid?

Chapter 2: Gomu Gomu No Mi! Luffy meets Ace.

    Over 2 Months have passed ever since Shanks and Uta showed up. Shanks went on a journey and left Uta at Windmill Village. "Shanks is back!" a civilian yelled. Uta and Luffy ran to the dock and seen Shanks. They both cried when they seen shanks, hugging him tightly. Shanks hugged them back, but he looked at the box in his hand.

 They all got to the bar. A bandit kicked down the door. "Do you have any sake?" a mountain bandit asked Makino. "I'm sorry but were all out." Makino said. "I guess we drank it all. here this bottle hasn't been opened yet." Shanks tells the bandit. The bandit smashed the bottle and left. Shanks and his crew laughed.

"What's so funny about that. that wasn't manly at all." Luffy yelled. Uta looking at him. "You shouldn't get mad over stuff like that. What's wrong Luffy eating out of frustration?" Shanks said. Luffy replying with, "Shut up!" Luffy eating something from the box Shanks had. "WHAT!!! Luffy spit that out!" Shanks yelled grabbing Luffy by the feet. Luffy's head fell all the way to the ground. Everyone's jaws dropping. 

Shanks explained to Luffy about devil fruits. Uta looked worried because Shanks said Luffy will sink to the bottom of the ocean if he tries to swim. Later that day the mountain bandit had his foot on Luffy outside the bar. Shanks showed up.  The red-haired pirates entered combat with the bandits. The mountain bandit disappeared, and shanks was shocked. Shanks looked for the mountain bandit. "Help me!" Luffy screamed on a boat in the ocean. 

The mountain bandit grabbed Luffy by the shirt. Luffy looked horrified but it wasn't because of the bandit. There was a sea beast behind the mountain bandit! The mountain bandit threw Luffy in the ocean. Luffy was drowning. The bandit looked behind him after hearing a roar. he seen the sea beast. The sea beast ate him. then the sea beast looked at Luffy longing forward. 

Blood splattered everywhere. "Shanks!" Luffy screamed while crying. "Don't cry I thought you were a man." Luffy kept crying. "But Shanks! Your arm!" Shanks armed was eaten by the sea beast. "It's ok, it's just an arm." When they got back to Windmill village Uta was shocked. Shanks and Uta were leaving that day. Shanks gave Luffy his straw-hat. 

In a month Garp, Luffy's grandpa took Luffy away from Windmill village. He took Luffy to Dadan's Family. Dadan was a mountain bandit. Luffy said hello. Someone spit on his face. Luffy looked at a black-haired kid like him. Luffy yelled at him to say sorry. "This is Ace he's 3 years older than you. be nice. Garp said while hitting Luffy. Ace walked into the house Luffy putting on his hat and taking of the spit.
