*Skylar*

What the fuck is she doing? I thought as I watched her glance over her shoulder every two seconds and stumble on the uneven earth. She walked a few feet down from me and leaned against a baby tree, before she slid down and sat against it.

I walked over to her, "You aren't very bright." I stated as I leaned my shoulder against the slightly taller tree beside hers. What are you doing Skye? Why are you talking to her? You hate everyone. Especially this girl! Just look at her!

She jumped and placed a hand to her chest, her heart obviously racing. "Jesus Christ Skylar!"

"Never met the guy." I gave a lazy shrug.

She rolled her eyes. "What do you want?"

"You're going to get caught." I said factly.

"Oh really? Why do you say that?" She glared.

"Because your whole demeanor walking here screamed, 'I'm skipping class! I look so guilty! Teachers, please come and properly discipline me!' It was rather pathetic really."

Her cheeks flushed scarlet. "You're lying."

"Not this time." I shook my head and smirked.

She rolled her eyes and then reshut them. This is so awkward and I'm so uncomfortable. Why? What am I fucking doing?

So, I just sat down.

"So... Um. How's your ankle?" I fiddled with my lip ring and tapped my toes.

"What?" She asked incredulously.

"It was a fucking question. I was sure that even your undeveloped brain could comprehend it. But, yet again, you defy the laws of intelligence." I snapped. God, I fucking hate her. Why fucking bother? You're just as stupid as her.

She glared furiously at me, "I know what a question is! I was thrown off that you actually seemed to freaking care! Why are you such a jerk?"

"Why are you such a bitch?" I easily shrugged. "Why are you so fucking stupid?"

Her nose flared, obviously she was pissed. "You... You...."

"Me? Me...? Don't stop there. By all means, enlighten me with your pathetic attempts at insults. I'm waiting."

"I. Hate. You." She ground out carefully.

"Good. Maybe you have some common sense after all." I smirked.

"Go die." She closed her eyes again and leaned against the tree.

"My attempts never work." I shrugged, leaning back.

"What?" Her eyes flew open and she stared at me in horror. Good.

I stood and turned to leave. "I didn't know you had hearing problems. You should get that checked."

And then I was gone. Fuck her. Fuck every last one of them. I hoped someone would jump her out there. Maybe even rough her up a bit. Whatever. I wouldn't feel bad. I knew I'd probably laugh at her 'misfortune'.

*Avery*

School was really annoying me. Every class I walked into, I'd see people answers think, "Could you all go away? That'd be cool."

But they didn't of course. So instead, I silently tolerated them. Patiently waiting to leave. By fifth hour I didn't think I could take anymore. I was ready to pass myself a bullet in the head.
