Y/N L/N has been ill for past 4 days, they started to look pale from all the blood loss, its not like Vil, The Housewarden of Pomefiore, would like them anymore, not much make up could cover up that paleness.

"Hey Grim..." Y/N would say somberly, "Meh, why are ya wearing a oversized hoodie?" Grim would wonder after seeing some blood drip down, "MYAH? WHY ARE YOU BLEEDING?" Grim would have a shocked face, "Its just blood loss... Nothing important"

Timeskip to Y/N being in their room

"I can't deal with this ugliness... Its not like Vil would love me anymore..." Y/N would just take out a knife and would start to cut their arm, all the blood dripping down their arm started to make them smile, but also sad. Why are they even doing this?

Y/N would begin to set up a chair and hang up a rope, they would begin to step on the chair. "Y/N you in there?" Vil would open the door almost seeing Y/N committing suicide "A-Ah... Hey, Vil..." Y/N would try not to kick the chair off her feet. "Y/N... Are you trying... Are you trying to kill yourself?" Vil would just hug Y/N, he didnt care if he was getting blood all over his uniform, he loved Y/N the dearest, "Y/N i'll still love you even if your ill and pale" Vil would just give Y/N a kiss on the cheek...
