Cee opened his eyes and sat up groaning from how many bones in his body just cracked
"Hard ass bed." Cee looked around the room for the emergency call button and pressed it
He waited a few seconds for a doctor to come in "I could've sworn I just saw you downstairs with Cj- oh my Mr Neil y-your awake let uh go get you something to drink your throat must be dry" Cee was confused as to why they were acting so jittery -- "Cj Stop running you're going to hurt yourself and do you think I wanna see you hurt?" Kay asked as he squatted down to be at eye level contact with cj
"No mama.." Cj had a visible pout form on his face , "exactly so please stop running" Kay kissed Cj on the check before he got up to open the door
Kay went to the side table near the empty chairs to set cj's and his bag down "mommy I think daddy is awake" Cj tapped on Kay's thigh to get him to turn around
"Baby you know it's not funny to play around like that.." , "he's not playing." Kay froze and slowly turned around to see where the deep voice came from
His heart dropped and his breath turned ragged, "I'll go get the doctor...Cj stay right here and don't move I'll be back" Cee watched as Kay left the room and then his gaze averted to the kid staring at him
"Come here bud." Cee opened his arms letting him climb up and hug him because the poor kid looked like he was about to cry "what's wrong?"
