Jinx and her girlfriend (Y/N) were the perfect example of young love-intense yet innocent. They had been dating for a few months and nothing filled them more with joy than spending time together, especially in Jinx's room. But on this particular day, things had gone a little too far.
As they hung out in Jinx's bedroom, both lost in each other, it wasn't long before their making out got heated. Jinx had her hand up (Y/N)'s shirt, and (Y/N) had a homemade vibrator-a gift from Jinx-in her hand.
Just as the two were about to go further, a knock at the door stopped them dead in their tracks. It was Silco, Jinx's adopted father, and they both froze in fear. Quickly, they both fixed each other up, making sure they were presentable before opening the door.
"Hi," Jinx said as she opened the door, trying her best to seem casual and unbothered.
Silco smiled warmly at her. "I just came to check up on you two," he said. "I thought I'd hear some laughter, but it seems like you're both quiet today."
Jinx and (Y/N) shared a nervous glance, but they just smiled and nodded.
"Well, alright," Silco said. "I'll leave you to it then."
As soon as Silco left, Jinx and (Y/N) looked at each other in relief. They couldn't believe they had gotten away with it.
"That was close," (Y/N) said.
"Too close," Jinx replied with a laugh.
The two embraced each other, thankful for the lucky escape. They both knew one day they would have to own up to their relationship, but for now they were happy to just keep things between themselves.
