Kayla's POV
Its been a couple weeks and me and Shawn have been together everyday. Madison is still a bitch...obviously and me and Brooklyn believe it or not are besties. I'm so bored because Shawn finally decided to do this thing called Vine and he already has like 100k I think. Then he and the boys got invited to Magcon and right now he's at some meeting explaining what Magcon is about. I heard the door open and I ran downstairs "Hey Kayla!" He smiled and I hugged him "so..." He frowned a little and walked with me over to the couch "well..uh.. Im going to Magcon but....it lasts for a really long time...like 2 weeks" he said making me really sad "oh...well we'll facetime every day and text and stuff" I reassured him "promise..." He said "promise" I said hugging him "ok and I wont ever forget you Kayla...I love you" he said tears in his eyes and I kissed him and hugged him "I love you too" I smiled "ok let's STOP being so depressing and do something!" He smiled "ok where?" I asked him "uuuuuh..... Our place?" He asked "nooo that will make me saaad" I whined and he laughed "ok....the park?" He asked "ya!" I yelled and we got up and started walking to the park. When we got there he looked so depressed "Shawn your face is making me sad!" I whined and he smiled "sorry...its just I'm gonna miss you" he said sadly "I will too but let's be happy not sad!" I yelled and he laughed "ok well then...YOUR IT!" He yelled and I got up and ran after him. We were running but there was a little rock in front of Shawn "Shawn!" I alerted him but he didn't hear me and tripped over it "Shawn!" I yelled and ran "shit..." He said and rolled onto his back making me laugh. "I told you" I laughed "Kayla my...my leg" he said worried and I stopped laughing and looked at his leg "what?" I asked "I I can't move it" he said more worried. I lifted up his pant leg and saw that his leg was bleeding and it just did not look right "omg...." I whispered "what!?" He asked "uh I'm gonna call your mom" I said now worried "Kayla what happened!?" He yelled "your leg is not right..." I said still examining it "what's not right about it?" He asked "uuh well its bleeding and I wouldn't say its in the right position..." I told him and he looked at me "am I ok?" He asked me "ya" I said while dialing Mrs. Mendes' phone number
K-hello?
M-hi Kayla!
K-uh hi Mrs. Mendes.. Uh well Shawn tripped over a rock and his leg doesn't look appealing...
M-where are you guys?!
K-the park
M-ok I'll be there in 10 minutes!
K-ok bye

"Shawn your moms coming" I said...no response "Shawn?" I asked this time looking over at him. His eyes were closed "Shawn!?" I whimpered. I took my jacket off and applied pressure to his leg for the bleeding. About ten minutes later Shawn's mom came and took him to the hospital.
Shawn's POV
After falling my right leg went completely numb and I don't know why. Kayla told me it was bleeding so I could black out. When she got on the phone with my mom my eyes started shutting and I closed then all the way and fell asleep.
Kayla's POV
Me and Mrs. Mendes are in the waiting room with Alyssa and Taylor since he's Shawn's best guy friend so he came. "I hope he's o-" uh Kayla and Mrs.Mendes.. Mr.mlMendes would like to speak with you" I nurse said cutting me off. We followed her into the room and sat down "hey Shawn" I said quietly "Hi..." He said "how's your leg?" I asked him "I broke it somehow" he laughed "oh" I said laughing with him "so um when can I get out?" He asked "whenever" his mom said "ok I'm ready!" He yelled "ok then I'll sign the papers,Kayla get his clothes" she told me "ok" I said and got up and got the clothes Taylor brought and handed them to him "thanks" he said "uuh can you help me?" He asked and I laughed "ya" I said and I helped him get up and brought him to the bathroom. After he got dressed his mom came back in "ok let's go!" She yelled and we went outside and got in the car. Alyssa and Taylor came over to his house with me and we watched movies and stuff. "I'm hungry" Taylor groaned "your always hungry!" Alyssa yelled and we laughed "uuh how about pizza?" Shawn suggested "yaaaaaaaz!" Taylor yelled and Alyssa laughed "ok!" I said and called the pizza place. 20 minutes later they came and Taylor literally ate all of it "well..damn" I said like Carter and Shawn and Alyssa laughed "what? I said I was hungry" Taylor said "ya but you didn't say you were a pig" I said and they laughed harder. We started watching Grown Ups and I started getting tired so I leaned onto Shawn and closed my eyes. I fell asleep like after 10 minutes.
