It was been 5 years since the death of M4, and her death devastated some of the dolls, Persica and Commander Gentiane as well 

But those who are devastated the most were the AR Team including M16(who was removed of the Parapluie Virus that Elisa installed on her), with AR-15 blaming everything on M16 on why M4 died

After a Year of M4's death G&K found out M4's sacrifice was in vain as Elisa survived but is damaged due to M4's last attack on her, causing Eliza not to have a Doll form

Determined not to let M4's actions go in vain they did there best to engage Sangvis Ferri while dealing with the KCCO and Paradeus with the help of Neo-Soviet Government

And after 4 Years of fighting them they managed to wipe out KCCO with it's remaining members joining Paradeus and cripple the Paradeus Group that caused them to hide and not heard of for some time 

But Sangvis Ferri continued to hide in the shadows causing them to be the hardest to find and track down

Until the AR Team now led by M16 goes on a mission in Moscow as reports of a appearance of Agent and a suspected Paradeus member was there and they seem to be collaborating about something since the Paradeus was bringing a briefcase that presumably could be very important for Sangvis Ferri

Somewhere in Moscow

At a random café in the city

As the suspected Paradeus member enters the café which was almost empty except for a few people and the Sangvis Doll Ringleader Agent who is wearing casual clothing with her hair down sitting on one of the tables

After this the Paradeus Member headed to the table Agent is and takes a seat ordering a cup of coffee, as the Sangvis Doll is currently eating a slice of cheesecake with the Paradeus Member saying

Paradeus Member: You Sangvis Dolls can eat now

Agent: Not all my program was upgraded by our leader Elisa, and the upgrade gave me the ability to convert food to energy incase one of parts got blown off the energy I saved from eating food will prevent me from feeling pain and I can jump higher or run faster to escape

Paradeus Member: I see

Agent: And beside you are here to offer us a chance to regain Ms. Elisa's strength?

Paradeus Member: Yes *shows the case* the contents of this case has the record of the dolls you send with our members to the US and we'd managed to get some interesting data before the US takes both of our members down 

Agent: I see-

It was there that Agent and the Paradeus Member froze and there eyes widen and turned around and saw M16 whose hair is mixed with black and white after the virus was removed from her

Agent: How-

M16: Despite your disguise I could clearly recognized you and the government has been helping us so *snap*

Suddenly the people who are in the café stood up and pulled out there pistols with the staff on the counter pulled out some assault rifles, revealing them to be members of the Neo-Soviet Police

M16: So what's your move Agent?

Agent: Tch

Suddenly Agent pulled out a button and pressed something

and in the distance something exploded causing the lights in the café to be turned off and with them reopening again and everyone saw the Agent and the Paradeus Member gone

M16: Shit!

From there she rushed outside and saw the lights of the building's around the café were not opening causing M16 to conclude that the explosion in the distance was the power station of the city giving the Sangvis Doll and Paradeus Member to escape

After this she contacted AR-15 and the others to warn them about the situation

At any cost they could not let them escape
