Let us describe a Snake,
In two very different ways.
Let's start with what,
Most people would say.
A snake is cunning and sly,
And most say it is in fact devious.
It moves quickly, it moves with stealth,
And is deemed to be very dangerous.
It slithers about;
Hissing, constricting its prey.
Ready to jab and take the life,
Of anything in its way.
What most people don't know,
Is that snakes are beautiful creatures of the Earth.
They are just as precious as any one of us,
Who spend our lives from birth to dirt.
A snake is divine,
It is smart and truly artful.
It moves with grace,
And is in fact very beautiful.
It slides about,
Hissing, warning those that come near.
It's just trying to move along,
Letting you know that there's nothing to fear.
Being a snake means that you are precise and cautious;
Armored with grace & smooth with affection.
No matter what the year may bring,
As a snake, beauty is your reflection.
