MAYA'S POV

How many hours had it been already? Maybe, four or five at least.

I'd just woken up from a nap. There's no telling how long I'd been asleep. I felt so comfortable though, so safe.

My eyes slowly fluttered open to see a crooked view of the seat in front of me. My cheek also felt like it was being squished.

Wait a second, was I laying on Robert? I mean the last time I checked he was the one sitting beside me so...

Slowly but surely I raised my head up from his shoulder and stretched a bit.

I saw him glancing over at me while I did so, not that I minded though.

"Sorry, I didn't mean to fall asleep on you." I chuckled awkwardly.

"No, I don't mind. I was about to fall asleep myself." He spoke softly, not wanting to disturb the other members surrounding us.

I was most definitely blushing like a mad man by this time, but forced myself to play it cool like the girls in romance movies.

"How much time until we get there?" I asked, placing my head back onto his shoulder since he seemed not to mind.

He was quite the cushion, I think maybe my favorite actually.

"About two hours I believe." He replied cooly.

I could feel the vibrations from his voice on the top of my head. This sent shivers down my spine, but a good shiver.

"Ah." Was all I replied with.

I shut my eyes again to enjoy the moment of peace we rarely got with each other.

Right before I was almost asleep again, I felt a hand press against the other side of my head ever so gently. Obviously that had to of been Robert of course.

I felt him gently rub his thumb against my hair. Oh how lovely he was, I couldn't get enough of him.

After another two hours, the plane finally landed in the one and only New York City.

Honestly it was way worse than what I was expecting. It was so trashy and packed. And some people there talked in this crazy accent that was so difficult to understand.

And the food was disgusting, practically just a big ball of grease.

Having to eat American food made me realize why they're all overweight and why so many other countries have food regulations.

Anywho, the band and all of their tag alongs checked into what I'd consider a fancy hotel and unpacked shortly after exiting the airport.

I soon figured out that I'd be sharing a room with Robert while we stayed there. The room had two beds though. When I first noticed this I was somewhat glad because I figured it'd make things less awkward, but when I really stopped to think, I think having two beds is a bit of a mood killer.

We'd all went to a burger joint and ordered food from there for dinner. I genuinely felt like I was going to throw up after stuffing my face with all that grease.

The food was horrendous, but I knew I'd be in America for a while so I'd eventually have to adjust. I was already somewhat regretting tagging along on this trip, because I seriously didn't know if my stomach could handle it.

The day had finally come to an end, and it was time to fall in.
