Exiled

Naruto was called to the hokages office and then a man appeared infront of him Naruto could feel he was strong he had never told anyone not even his jiji the third hokage but he could feel peoples strengths there presence he could even reach out and touch it but when he did he felt what they did

Naruto didn't know this but that meant he was a sensor and a strong one the strong man had white hair that seemed to defy gravity and go straight up and his presence felt of lightning and earth Naruto could almost feel the slight numbness that comes when you get shocked or the smell of earth and soil just standing near him he lead him down into secret chambers and when he got there he saw everyone there he knew who they were Naruto was much smarter than he let on

He thought of dropping his mask of childlike bliss and stupidity but decided against it he would be thankful for that later "hello jiji" Naruto greated the hokage same way he always did "what is this place who are all these people"

Naruto fired off questions one after another he already knew the answers but he asked to keep appearances "silence" the one word was spoken cutting Naruto off from his continued barrage of questions

"you will not speak unless spoken too" said the same voice he looked and saw a woman she appeared to be in her mid to late twenties and she had pink hair and green eyes he quickly realized who this was Sakura's mother she had bragged a few times that her mother was on the council before all the clan kids shut her up by telling her there parents were too.

Naruto decided to shut up and listen for once after all his jiji appeared to be in a great deal of emotional distress Naruto became slightly more serious as he listened to what the woman was saying he was about to drop the mask and tell her she had no right over him as he was while only in training still a shinobi to be and only the hokage and those of a higher rank such as the shinobi council or elders could give him orders screw his mask this woman was almost as annoying as her daughter

The hokage spoke before he could however "Naruto you are under trial for the murder of a villager of konoha" everything went quiet narutos brain stopped and rebooted he hadn't killed anyone not that he knew of although the people in the room seemed to think different

"What do you say to these accusations" the hokage spoke again Naruto could feel the pain in his voice as he said this he didn't have to since his emotions to know he felt in pain just at the thought of Naruto killing a member of konoha "I didn't do anything" "really, well it appears as though you did" Sakura's mother made her presence known she was hopping to break the kid over her leg emotionally until he cried and confessed without thinking after all if you tell a kid they did something enough eventually they'd cave even if they didn't do it

Narutos demeanor changed from laid back and kind of slow over all to calculative and ready for anything "what Is your proof" Mibuki never in a million years expected that response from a six year old child "we have a witness" Mibuki was still able to keep her composure and lie thrue her teeth she was a politician it was what she did best "may I ask who" naruto's responce once again cought everyone off guard once more again who would expect this of a six year old "me" Mibuki was firing off lie after lie and she knew it, there wasn't a witness hell there wasn't even a chance in hell this kid did it she had fount the body and then had come up with an ingenious plan to have him tried for it and killed in the best case imprisoned in the worst case scenario so far it wasn't going to plan

"So then what happened" Naruto was hoping to back her into some kind of corner so he could get out of this he knew she was lying he could feel it and he was pissed but he didn't let it rise to the surface "I saw you kill him in cold blood you walked up behind the man and slit his throat in an alley and left his body there I was barley able to duck into another nearby alley or you probably would have killed me too" Naruto had to admit she was a damn good liar but he just might have had her here "when and where" Mizuki had a bead of sweat rolled down her face as she tried to come up with more lies to keep this going "last night at around 6 in the red light district" Naruto was shocked she was an incredible liar he was about to speak again when another civilian spoke up he too seemed to realize Mibuki was on the ropes and lying her ass off but Naruto could feel the hate the man held for him "do you not see her Mibuki is sweating she's shaking slightly as well this is clearly a traumatic event and the boy is stalling for time do you have any proof you didn't do it"

In all truth Naruto didn't he lived in the red light district and he was at home alone at 6 so he had no alibi and his only bet was to catch Mibuki in a lie but clearly she had cought her breath and the others wouldn't let him get a word in anyway "no" Naruto didn't like giving that answer and then he began to speak the man spoke about how the boy clearly killed that man until Naruto spoke once more "however" the man stopped and listened as did everyone else "this would be an extremely traumatic event and as such your memory may be a little hazzy why not let yamanaka San confirm your story by going through your memory"

Again it was quiet "I know what I saw and I don't wish to relive those memories any more than I have too" the hokage spoke "enough I am done with this I can not in good continous kill a child when you Mibuki refuse to give solid evidence however with the lake of evidence from the defendant Naruto I must give an alternative so all in favor of prison say I" before a vote could be held the same man from before spoke  "hokage Sama if I may prison will do no good he is a child and as such wouldn't truly get the full brunt of his sentence as when he is released he will be in his prime so instead I say we banish him" the hokage seemed to be in thought before sighing "yes ok all in favor" all the civilian side raised there hand as well as two advisers but that's all that was needed they had won and he would be exiled the hokage looked at Naruto and told him he had 24 hours to get what he needed and to say goodbye to anyone he needed too
