VICTORIA’S POV
I almost lost my mind waking up to not know my name, we lived officially in LA in the USA but after my most concerned issue mum decides to quit her job and fucking fly us to Spain.
Not like we were financially stable or something but as a secretary to the most influential business man in the USA who literally never showed up at the company.
She was paid well and could manage my fees from pre-school till I graduated from Wisconsin High back at LA.
I can’t even believe I’m in a new country of residence with no fucking friends, sorry four fucking insane friends who never let me off the hook.
Now here I was slurping spaghetti I was probably not gonna pay for thinking about my current single state which left me insane probably going nuts.
The fact my crazy friends tried hooking me up with some Aryan guy who literally wanted to kiss minutes after retching the remains of the dirty martini he couldn’t handle.
It got me crazy and so wondering when I would meet someone who was made for me and me alone.
“Hey, how’s your day going” Lisa slid into the next chair beside me in the cafeteria as I slurped my spaghetti shamelessly
“Victoria, what in the world are you thinking about, you know you could eat that food properly… unless… you’re under stress, so come on, spit it out” Lisa questioned with all eyes on me like she was about to cast a spell or something
“Nothing, it’s just that I can’t…” I paused before completing
“Uh huh…”
“ I’m still single Lisa” I said before feasting on my food again, this time without looking at her because I knew what was coming
“Don’t tell me that you’ve been sulking for the last 15 minutes because of this…” Lisa questioned me with the most angry face I had ever seen, she looked like she was gonna puke
“It’s not like I did something wrong, was just trying to find myself a nice guy and maybe a drink” I said looking over the counter before looking back at her with strange puppy dog eyes which she almost laughed looking at
“I’m gonna call Brenda down here while I go get a drink, in the meantime don’t you dare slurp that spaghetti again” she threatened with the entire scarecrow she had in her while I just nodded dumbly.
It didn’t take long before Brenda arrived, then to Lisa who followed after her
“Girl, why didn’t you tell me before, I would’ve done something” Brenda said as I tried to decide if it was a question or just a suggestion
“Done something like you did before with Aryan and he almost blew it up” I snapped back
“Whoa, easy girl you’re taking this too hard” Brenda pulled out in obvious amusement
“It’s not really necessary to get a boyfriend already…”Of course it was necessary, I just wanted to be loved again probably touched, I really didn’t even understand it or whatever it really was or even meant
“Whether boyfriend or girlfriend, I just need to feel at ease”
“Easy young lady, you’re starting to drift” Lisa said almost coldly
“For sure you wouldn’t like if it I was bi-sexual”
“Of course I wouldn’t like it” vine said snapping me out of my thoughts as I feared that I had said that too loud for just thinking
“You wouldn’t like it if I was?”
“Huh…What in the bunkers are you saying?”
“What in the bunkers were you saying?”
“Babe you need a drink…” Lisa said in a rush as she shook her head at my already distorted face before I realized she was talking about something else
“What I meant to say is um… you wouldn’t …”
“It’s no problem victoria, we understand you need to be under the sheets, so I am inviting you guys to my first ever make out party so who’s in?” Brenda squirmed in her tight spaghetti straps and pumps
“The hell we all in” Lisa yelled before stopping abruptly noticing we were still in the goddamn cafeteria as we all giggled loudly.
“So who’s footing the bill” I asked as they all looked at me with sharp piercing eyes, it didn’t take me long to realize
“Oh... yeah, yeah I’ll take care of it” as I stood up to leave, someone had already gotten there before me and paid as she turned
“Denise…” the other girls exclaimed in uttermost shock and dismay as I giggled happily while Denise led me back to the table
“Hey you always like to interfere for this witch; she made me pay for her meals for a whole week…” Lisa cried out
“And what’s wrong with that”
“Well, she’s a pain in the ass, baby girl said she wants a boyfriend, at least anything that can fuck her senseless will do”
“Lisa…”
“What…”
“And you, you just sat and watched” she looked towards Brenda
“I was just kidding you know, just for fun, I didn’t mean to bite” Brenda answered playfully
“Well you girls should stop tormenting victoria, in the next one hour Jake’s party will begin so we have to get ready”
“Uh… that’s such a bore, it’ll probably suck” I said convincingly with every epitome of scorn in my voice
“Yeah she’s right, the hell I ain’t gonna crash in some loser party and stare at some eggheads, and we’re going to Brenda’s make-up party and…”
“I mean we were invited by the university’s current president and D.C of socials”
“To hell with skunk president and fat ass D.C of socials” Lisa cursed as we all laughed hilariously except Denise who was kinda serious than before
“But…”
“But Denise, but, no but’s it’s not compulsory so chill, mine’s gonna be a hit so why the fucking hesitation” Brenda interrupted her pointing out all her reason in just one word it’s gonna be a hit
“Still I think it’s going to be a bad idea”
“It seems you guys forgot she’s a good girl who never ditches the good guys at their boring party” Lisa commented almost sarcastically but not meaning it in that manner
“Don’t speak like that Lisa, Denise just go with us please, for my sake” I asked as I purred with my cute kitten hazel eyes
“Are you trying to get a hernia, fine I’ll go before you become a suicide case” She exclaimed amidst chuckles and that’s when I realized that I had been trying too hard with the puppy dog eyes that I looked like I was going to burst any minute. That’s when they all burst laughing while moving out quickly
“Hey that’s not fair, at least I tried” I said trying to meet up with them as they had already left the cafeteria
“Yeah you tried, tried to kill yourself” Lisa jested as they burst up laughing again while I chased after her
