The weeks following the incident were great.I was recovering quickly.Soon enough, they released me from the hospital.As I walked out the doors, I saw none other than Deku standing there. "Why are you here?"I asked him as I walked over."I was told you were getting released from the hospital today,so I wanted to see how you were doing and ask you something,"Deku said with a bright smile on his face. "Im doing pretty good.Its been rough, but my wounds were cured, and also, what did you want to ask me?"I told him, curious to see what his question was. "Imagine if he asks me to go to the wedding together."I say to myself as I imagined him in a tuxedo and us both dancing the night away."I was wondering if you wanted to grab something to eat.You can choose anywhere you want,as an apology for not helping out with Dabi."he said, tightening his fists."What a letdown ,but I'll just ask if we can eat at his moms she cooks delicious food, "I thought to myself. "Firstly,no need to apologize for something you couldn't control, and secondly, can we go to your moms? I haven't had her food since forever, and she cooks really good."I tell him while booping him."Sure, we can go ,just let me give her a call,"he said while covering his face.After what seemed like forever,he hung up the phone."She says she's happy to hear that you've liked her food and are welcome to come eat with us today."He said."That's great ,but I might have to stop by my apartment and change since these clothes are worn out."I say while pointing to some stains on the shirt and pants. "I get it. Do you need a ride?"he asked."Yeah thanks man your a lifesaver,"I tell him as we make our way to his car.Nothing extraordinary,just a regular Toyota Corolla."Nice car,"I tell him as we got in. "Thanks, a graduation gift from All Might himself,"he said proudfully. Deku turned on the radio, and the song Rather Be by Clean Bandit with Jess Glynne started playing as if on cue.I started singing the lyrics and waiting for the part of the song that I like."If you gave me a chance, I would take it

Know with all of your heart that you can't shame me. When I am with you, there's no place I would rather be. " I started singing.Deku looked pretty shocked, having no idea you could sing so well. "What?Did I do something?"I asked him. "No no no no,you didn't do anything wrong.Its just that your voice- it's sounds so good.Also I didn't know you knew the song.Thats all"he said trying to concentrate on get to the apartment. "I listen to a lot of songs I can relate to." I said as an awkward silence emerged .We finally arrived and walked into the apartment."Wow y/n,this place looks amazing."said Deku as he looked around like a kid in a candy store."Wait here,I'm going to get changed real quick."I told him as I ran off and straight to my room. I needed to make a good impression,but again, I wasn't in the mood to wear a dress or anything too flashy.I decided to wear a T-shirt with a skirt and sneakers. A mix of casual and cute.I walked out of my room and went to the bathroom to fix my hair and do a quick eyeliner just to look extra good. I finally made it back to the kitchen where Deku was."How do I look?"I asked him kinda worried since I didn't want to overdo the look."Y/N, you look amazing."he said, staring at me with awe. "Let's get going,"I tell him as we walked out and got back in the car.We finally arrived at his mom's house."Man,I haven't been here in years,"I say, remembering all the good memories I had at the residence.Deku knocked on the door, and his mom opened it. "Oh my god,Y/n sweetie, hi how've been so long since we've last seen each other,Come in Come in," she said as she gave me a hug.We walked inside and looking around,this place hadn't changed at all.The same pictures hung on the wall of when deku was a kid. "Cute," I say to myself as I look at a picture of baby Deku smiling with a fish in his hand.We walked over to the kitchen where the food was already served, your f/f(favorite food).Miss, how'd you know this was my fav as I started at the plate."Please call me Inko,and a little birdy told me that you really enjoyed my food."she said while giving me a warm smile.We ate in silence until Deku said he needed to go to the bathroom. After he left the room,Inko said, "So you still have eyes for him?"What do you mean by that?"I ask her as I turned slightly red."Sweatie, I've known since you walked through the door,the bond you have with him is one he's never had with anyone else, and you also turn a rosy red around him" she confessed. "Does he know?"I ask her pretty nervously. "Love makes you blind, and right now, he might see you as just a friend, but I have a feeling it might turn into something more."she answered."Good,I don't know if I'm ready to tell him just yet.Besides, when we met at work a couple weeks ago workingon a case, he didn't even recognize me, so I doubt he'll feel anything for me so soon"I stated briefly.I didn't want the conversation to end but it was getting really late. "I think I'll be headed off to my apartment now.Thank you so much for the food, Inko.I really enjoy eating it."I tell her with a huge smile on my face. "It was a pleasure having you here.I appreciate your lovely compliments from the bottom of my heart."I'll drive you there,"Deku said as we started heading towards the door.As soon as I opened the door,as if on queue,it started pouring really bad.The Thunder we heard sounded like an explosion.I close the door." I'm so sorry to ask by. Do you guys mind me staying here for the night?" I said, looking back pretty embarrassed . "Of course,dear.Deku, go get her some of your pj's so she can borrow them."she said.Deku ran up the stairs and brought me some All Might pjs.Was this surprising,not in the slightest.I went to the bathroom and changed out of my clothes.When I walked out,Deku went red covering his face."You look good," he said shyly.We both sat on the couch and decided to watch a horror movie.Half way through,the main villian was planing on killing the main character and jump scared them.I don't know who screamed louder,Me or the main character.I covered my face with a pillow of emberasment."Y/N you ok?"Asked Deku, trying so hard to hold back his laughter."No, I'm not. This shit's too scary."I mumble."You know you can hug me, right?"He said, and I looked at him."That's what friends are for."he said with a smile."Right,friends,"I said, telling myself.It kinda broke my heart when I heard that.I proceeded to hug him.He was warm and huggable like a teddy bear .I fell asleep on his chest while watching the movie.....
