I started preparing for the gala as soon as possible.I started doing a nightly skincare routine Mina had recommended to me,which was pretty new to me since I wasn't big on a pretty face,but for the heroes gala I wanted to look decent enough.I would be attending one of the biggest heroes events there is.Many popular heroes from across Japan would be going,so I at least made the effort of looking good.

*Time Skip*
On the day of the gala,I went over to Mina's place so she could help me out with my makeup.Deku thought it would be cool if we wore something of the same color.He had sent me a picture of his suit.It was a shade dark aqua,so I decided on a long, elegant  dark aqua dress with a thigh slit to show off my leg (Which I am proud of(; ).I had tried a couple of other dresses,but this one especially caught my eye, and it also matched, so I decided to get it.I knocked on the door, and out came a good-looking Kirishima"Damn Kiri,that outfit looks manly on you,"I say as he smile."Aw, thanks, Y/N,I wasn't the one who chose it, tho -" he said as he was interrupted by Mina's yells."KIRISHIMA LET Y/N IN.THE GALA STARTS IN BARELY 2 HOURS AND SHE HASNT EVEN GOTTEN RE-" said Mina as she popped right behind Kiri.Her makeup looked really nice ,I couldn't help but compliment her on it."Mina,you really do magic with those makeup brushes,don't you?"I say as she flushed red."Aw,Y/N your to kind,"she said as she grabbed my arm.She dragged me inside her house,which was huge.She literally had an entire makeup room."Firstly, go wash your face first.Its obvious you came here right after patrol, am I right?"she asked as I nodded.I didn't have any time to spare, so I just had decided to come over right after.I washed up and came back.I sat down on th chair and closed my eyes.I may or may not have fallen asleep for the entire time Mina was doing my makeup,but she didn't mind since my face was relaxed.When I woke up,I was shocked when I saw what Mina's magic did to my face.I literally looked eight out of a model magazine.I honest had never felt this pretty.I felt like a new and totally different person."So,what do you think?"Mina, I love it so much,I'm truly thankful for your efforts,"I say while hugging her."Aw Y/N Im just glad I can help,but I have to ask.Why are you going an extra ten percent to look good.You already have the face and everything else,so why this much effort?Is it because your going with someone?"she teased me."I was actually invited by Deku.He said All Might wanted to bring someone along,so he asked me."I say. "Are you guys finally dating?I've seen you guys more closer than ever,"she asked me."No,no,no, you've got it all wrong.We're going as friends,not anything more.I wish we would be going as dates,but life is pretty cruel,"I say to her."You know I could have a word with him about his love life and question him if you want,"said Kirishima,who had overheard the conversation."I mean,you could do it,but I don't think it'll do much,"I said with a sigh.After a while,I decided to put on my dress.I looked at myself in the mirror.Now that I saw the dress,for some odd reason it looked smaller.I tried putting it on and thanks to a litteral miracle,it fit perfectly. The dress really showed my curves and legs off, and with my makeup,I truly felt like a goddess. I walked out of the bathroom. I was changing in and called for Mina.When she saw me, her jaw dropped and started squealing.Kirishima came running in ,thinking something had happened but also had a look of shock on his face."What,I'd there something wrong with the dress?"I asked, looking at it, trying to see what they were looking."Y/N... you look perfect tonight,"she said, clearly quoting Ed Sheeran ."Mina,that dress really gives off wow factor vibes,"I saw as she did a little twirl."You both look great,"said Kiri. He was really happy seeing his wife and his "sister" looking gorgeous. It warmed his heart .I texted Deku to wait for me outside the venue since Kirishima offered me a ride over there.He texted back that he'd be waiting right to the big doors with a smiley face.I really wanted to see his reaction.I hope he likes outfit.We finally arrived after a good twenty minutes of being stuck in traffic.I get out of the car and start look for Deku.I don't see him at all,but what I do see are so many pro heroes that I can't even keep track.From heroes like Mirko,Midnight,and Mt.Lady to big shots like Endeavor,Hawks ,and the all mighty All Might. I texted Deku to see if he might've gone inside,and just I had suspected, he had gone inside to talk with some other pros.I was about to go inside when security stopped me."Hey,don't you dare sneak in.Your obviously not a pro hero."shouted a gaurd.I turned around and saw some blonde girl who looked pretty young to be doing security,but whatever."Miss,you must've made a mistake.Im the pro hero Mortal,"I say to her, and she looks pretty shocked."Sorry,miss. I really didn't recognize you with all that makeup.By the way,I'm a huge fan, so do you mind signing this for me?"she said as she handed me a poster with my face on it.I signed it and walked inside, making my way through the venue.....
