SPECIAL CHAPTER 1 – THE DELIVERY
"GOSH DANIEL! What are you doing?!" Mia shouted with her eyes widening after seeing her son through the glass doors, in the backyard, playing with mud when she had just finished bathing him.
She dashed outside to get her two years old son, now unidentifiable because of the mud he's covered with.
Shaking her head in disbelief, she laughed as she took her son from the muddy ground.
"Come on Daniel..." She made Daniel walk inside the house. And footsteps of mud were created with every step Daniel made.
"Into the bath now Daniel...again." She said sighing because Daniel's eyes sparkled when the word 'bath' was mentioned.
"Candy, can you please prepare the water for Daniel's bath?" She asked Candy, one the boy's nannies.
"Sure Mia. Come Daniel. Oh my! Really Daniel? We're doing this again?" She also sighed in disbelief after seeing her son's state. Mia chuckled. She can't blame Candy for her reaction because it seemed like Daniel would take any opportunity just to take his precious bath.
Daniel happily took Candy's hand as they walked hand in hand towards the kid's shower room.
She can't understand her kids sometimes. Daniel loves taking a bath for some reason but he also like playing with dirt. While Jack...
Right...where is Jack?
And there she saw her first-born, on the playpen, staring at the bottle of rubbing alcohol in front of him, with his eyes sparkling...again.
"Jack baby..." She called out to him but he seemed to have not heard her because his attention was focused on the giant bottle of rubbing alcohol his father got him for Christmas as soon as they discovered that their son is observed with cleanliness and hates being dirty to the core.
He would cry even if there was even a small speck of dust on his clothes or surroundings, so they always make sure that his spot is always clean. However, since he cannot use the alcohol just yet, baby Jack has no choice but to stare at the bottle until he's allowed to use it.
"Baby Jack..." She called once more. She sighed and gave up on calling his attention when he didn't even turn to her. She went to her son and sat beside him. He turned to him this time.
"Mommy..." He said in a very adorable way that her heart couldn't help itself but melt. She loves it when her sons talk to her with their baby voices.
Because she couldn't take it anymore, she smooched her son's cheek. She wanted to squeeze him in a tight hug, but she had some mud on her when she took Daniel earlier.
"Daniel?" Jack said, asking where his brother is.
"He took a bath again because he is dirty with mud."
Jack's eyes sparkled after hearing the word 'bath'.
She sighed. What is with her sons and their obsession with bathing?
"Bath?" Jack asked in the cutest way possible. His amethyst eyes gleaming with excitement.
She shakes her head. "Nope. You already had yours earlier. No-more-baths."
Jack's lips quivered, but he didn't cry. He was obviously disappointed.
"Tomorrow, okay?"
With lips still quivering, he nodded and went back in staring the bottle of rubbing alcohol.
She ruffled her baby's hair and stood up. She decided to check on how Daniel's doing. She needs to make sure that he won't run outside again or else he'll catch a cold if he's gonna have another bath.
