The hunters. The people in my notebook.
"Do it! Just kill me!" I scream and Christie slapped me across the face. "Shut up! Jared, Jensen back to the hotel." She commanded and the two men walked away. She paced around me and looked through my journal.
"Sorry. They don't believe me about the whole not being a demon thing so that slap wasn't a hate slap." She explained as she paced.
"THERE IS NO OTHER KIND OF SLAP!" I screamed again and she giggled.
"A funny one you are." She said and helped me up. She then pulled me along and into her car. She drove me along the road and past my house.
"Hey you uh. Passed my house." I explained.
"Yeah we're not going there. We're going to my house" she smiled and continued to stare at the road. I ripped my journal from her lap back into my hands. She doesn't know. She doesn't know I'm half demon. She pulled down a street and into a driveway.
"My dads at work. Cmon." She dragged me along upstairs into her room. I stared at her as she bent over and dug out journals that looked exactly like mine. All with the pentagram carved into the leather.
"Jesus girl. I only keep one. Do you have a journal for each demon species?!" I ask in shock of the booklets.
"No. I've just taken more notes than you. Because I'm the cooler one." She explained. I growled slightly like I was about to attack. Which I did.
"WHY YOU LITTLE-" I lunged at her but she moved out of the way and landed face first into a wall.
"Wow. Quite aggressive" she laughed. "you sure you're not a demon?"
"Oh ha ha very funny" I said sarcastically. "Why did you even let me live anyways?" I asked while rubbing my head.
