"Would you like me to kill you for no reason. You're not a threat so I wanna be your friend" Christie explained.
"There's something you should know." I said so softly she didn't even hear me say it.
"Would you speak up?!" she asked kind of rudely. "Being the person who just saved your ass you better be thankful." She said and put her journals away. She turned back around "what? Cats got your tongue?" She giggled. I had my head down.
"Christie... There's something you should know..." I say and sigh.
"Save it. I wanna talk some more." It's like she needed to tell me something. "What's your favorite food? No that's a stupid question. What's your favorite color? No no. Do you play video games?" She finally finished. I chuckled softly.
"Burritos, blue, and yes I do." I answered all cause why not. We sat there talking for what seemed like hours.
"Do you have to go home soon?" She asked and I shook my head.
"Moms a prostitute and my dads dead. She doesn't care." I explain to her lightly.
"Good. I don't want you to leave. It feels good. To have someone to talk to. Someone to laugh with. My father punishes me..." A tear fell down her eye. Oh god what do I do. I then felt my hand on her face. I wiped the tear away with my thumb and pulled her into a hug.
"Don't cry. I'm here for you" I say softly. She pulled away and smiled at me.
"You're kinda cute you know?" She giggled slightly.
"I'm not cute!" I huffed and heard a door open and slam. I then heard Christies door open and her dad stood there. "CHRISTIE. WHO IS THIS?!" He yelled.
"Christie. First things first. I'm half demon. And second. Can I use my powers now?"
