Yoongi sat at a random cafe on a cold and rainy saturday afternoon. He ordered an ice americano despite the chill the air. The warmth of the radiators in the cafe would be enough for him anyways.
Yoongi just watched out the cafe window as he listened calmly to the smooth music that was playing in the background. He was lost in the moment and didn't realize that a person sat in front of him until they cleared their throat.
Yoongi looks over to see a man about the same height as him with soft cutest features. His hair was a dirty blonde color and he wore a green sweater that was long on his arms creating sweater paws. His pink thick lips turned into a smile too irresistible to not like. Yoongi just gives a small smile back to his friend, Park Jimin.
"Sorry I was late, the rain caused a bit of traffic on the roads" Jimin said with a small cute laugh
Yoongi frowns "Jimin-ah, where's your coat? It's cold outside"
Jimin looks down at his body and then at Yoongi with a playful expression "Look at you hyung. I didn't know you cared so much. But don't worry it's in my car"
Yoongi just shakes his head in disapproval and sips his coffee some more. Taehyung was the one that set this meeting up. It's been about two weeks since Yoongi's been avoiding Hoseok. At first his cheating boyfriend barely checked on him, which was expected. But now on week two, Hoseok was surprisingly trying to get in contact with Yoongi as much as he could. This time around Yoongi made sure to not answer of course.
Taehyung had always wanted his friend Jimin and Yoongi to become a couple. It was revealed by Taehyung multiple times that Jimin actually has a crush on Yoongi. Of course the older never felt the same because he was preoccupied with Hoseok.
Yoongi also never got to spend much time with Jimin to even know if he wound possibly be interested in him anyways. Jimin was mainly Taehyung's friend. But today Yoongi wanted to get back at Hoseok. He has a plan that involves Jimin's help.
"How have you been lately. You seem a bit...angry" Jimin said reading into Yoongi body language
The older looked at Jimin surprised "Huh? How'd you know?"
"I'm just good at reading people I guess." Jimin shrugs "But you really do look troubled what's wrong?"
Yoongi sighs "I have to be honest with you Jimin. I called you here today because I need your help with breaking up with my cheating boyfriend." He then looks hesitantly at Jimin "Would you...be willing to help me"
Jimin looks at Yoongi surprised. He leans forward in his chair and just smiles. "You want to...use me?"
Yoongi then felt bad "No... wait no that sounds really bad. Taehyung told me how you feel about me and I jus—"
"Want to use me as rebound?" Jimin said as he lifts a man eyebrow
"N-No I jus—"
"I'm just messing with you hyung" Jimin laughs again "Although...now you know my secret. Taehyung sure does love to rubber mouth everyone's secrets" he said with a small inaudible curse
Yoongi just gives an awkward smile "I don't want you to feel like rebound Jimin-ah. I'm just really desperate is all. The only way to show Hoseok that I can be with whoever I want. You see...he's the type of alpha male that feels like he can do the bad shit but if I did it, then his pride would get hurt. That man he..." Yoongi shakes his head "He's been taking advantage of my kindness for too long"
Jimin claps his hands "Now that's what i'm talking about. Fucking liberation! That's how it's supposed to be. Don't let assholes walk all over you!"
Yoongi just laughs "Thanks for the support I guess. But anyways yes...I need to do back at him. Y-You don't have to participate if you don't feel comfortable it's just that you're the only person I know that feels comfortable with...you know..."
"With holding hands like this?" Jimin said grabbing Yoongi's hands into his own "And then kissing it like this?" he then slowly kisses the back of Yoongi's hands making the both of them blush
Yoongi just silently nods "Yeah....that and I uhh I know it's not okay to use people...because that's what i've been going through but— I don't know maybe this isn't a great idea" Yoongi frowns at his own morals
Jimin shakes his head "I don't mind helping you. This might sound very bold of me but....I'll take this chance to win you over. This is my chance"
Yoongi nods and smiles with approval "Then as an exception given only to you, i'll keep my heart open"
