I can't believe Edward and Esme was leading me to believe Esme was my mate

We are in Italy with the Volturi my mate is the Volturi Princess "Carlisle what are you thinking about?" I was brought out of my thoughts by Aro

"Edward and Esme made a terrible crime Aro" "prey do tell Carlisle" he replied

"Esme and Edward kept Olivia and I apart all these years, you and I both know that they need to be executed"

"Agreed, Marcus what do you think should we end them?" Aro asked Marcus "Yes Aro were the others involved?" Marcus asked Aro and I

"No they were manipulated against their will because Esme has manipulation powers" I explained

"Alright Carlisle go back to Olivia now and Carlisle I know you both need a break from those two"

"Of course Marcus" as I began to leave I hear aro ask Marcus

"Are you going to tell him?" And then the reply was "no Olivia can tell him"

Olivia pov

After we got to the castle my father and uncles needed to see Carlisle so I went to our room

And took a bath and a nap jet lag is a pain it's now sunrise I woke up to see Carlisle laying in the bed reading a book

"Morning Carlisle" " morning my love sleep well?" He asks "yes I'll be back in a moment" I went to do my morning ruiten then came back and see Carlisle laying in bed looking sexy as hell

"Why don't we have a little fun?" He took me to the bed and kissed me all over

I ran back into the bedroom to see a girl who is about 6'0 tall with a gun in hand with my mate then I said

"I suggest you put my mate back on the bed and back away" in a cold tone that I never knew I had

The girl turns around and spoke "why Carlisle don't you remember me in your human life?" She asked me

I look closely at her confused then my eyes widen in shock

How is this possible my human wife is dead how can this be?!
