It now shows Tobias, Banana Joe, Ocho, Clayton and Gumball on the bus. Gumball still feels a little guilty for running away and pushing her away from the hug. Tobias notices and asks Gumball.

Tobias: Gumball, you don't look very happy. Is everything alright, man?

Gumball: It's just that I pushed my mother's hug away when she tried to apologize.

Banana Joe: Why did you push her away?

Gumball: You know why, BJ. I told you the whole story.

Tobias: Listen, Gumball. We all feel bad. We treated our mothers horribly too. We're all guilty because we just ran off because of our mother. We should hang out with our mothers more, because the future is never promised.

Gumball: Wow! No offense, Tobias, but it's actually surprising to hear you speak like that. Especially from you.

Tobias: I'm not always the arrogant, scrawny jock I usually am.

Gumball: You're right. I should apologize to my mom after we get off this bus.

Half an hour later...

They got off their bus stop and started walking home to each of their direction of their house. Gumball rings the doorbell and waits a couple of seconds. Nicole opens it and her mouth is opened wide.

Nicole: G-G-Gumball?

Gumball: Hey, Mom.

Nicole doesn't say nothing and just knees down and hugs him tightly.

Nicole: I'm so sorry for what I said to you.

Gumball: It's okay, Mom. It's just that I was really upset about what you said, it was pretty understandable why, I was sneaking out to parties, getting drunk, and getting high.

Nicole: But I've never should've said those words. I would never see you as a mistake, I love you so, so, much to see you like that. Please forgive me.

She hugs him tighter and sobs. Gumball is patting her back and hugging her at the same time.

Gumball: It's okay, I forgive you.

Nicole: *wipes her tears* Are you hungry?

Gumball: After such a long ride, I'm famished.

They go inside and Gumball sees his place of waffles, bacon, eggs, and hash browns. He immediately runs over and eats his food. The rest of the family hugs him.

Darwin: I've missed you so badly, dude.

Richard: Me, too.

Anais: Where were you?

Gumball: Well my group and I went to this hotel, it was pretty cool, but it wasn't good ditching my family like that. I'm sorry.

Darwin: Ah, it's okay dude, we forgive you. Right, guys?

Anais: On one condition.

Gumball: What?

Anais: You have to watch Daisy the Donkey for the weekend.

Gumball: Come on. Seriously, Anais?

Anais: I'm only joking, I just want to see the pictures.

Gumball: Phew.

Darwin: Welp time for school.

Gumball: I totally forgot, it's a Tuesday. Welp, the  Columbus weekend is over.

Darwin: Just kidding. They changed it to 4 days on Saturday. So you're safe.

Gumball: That's a relief.

Richard: I think this day you should hang out with your mom.

Gumball: I should, I feel like we should patch things up.

Nicole: I'm down.

Gumball: Great.

A couple of hours later.

They were walking, chatting, and laughing. They found a bench to eat their ice cream and sat while eating and chatting.

Nicole: Gumball, you made my day better.

Gumball: Are you still mad at me?

Nicole: No, not at all. We just needed to talk it out, and spend some alone time together.

Gumball: Really?

Nicole: Mmhmm. Just so you know, no matter what you do, I'll love you forever. *kisses his forehead*

Gumball: *kisses her cheek* I'll love you forever too, Mom.
