Chapter 9

I woke up.

"Wha- is this the afterlife," I say squinting.

"No miss y/n are you alright? I'm surprised you're conscious," Tanjiro says.

I look to my left and see Nezuko. Pink flames surround me it feels....nice. The flames disappear and the poison is gone!

" woah that's incredible, thank you Nezuko," I say smiling. " Hey, Tanjiro are the demons...dead?" I ask

" Yes, they are," he said smiling a bit

" I'm sorry I couldn't be more help. I'm so pathetic I fainted in the middle of it," I said holding back tears.

"No no, miss y/n, you were so much help without you we wouldn't have been able to finish them," he says smiling.

"Okay... Wait! Is Tengen okay?!" I ask trying to get up.

"Oh! Mr Uzui yea, he's fine, pretty roughed up but alive, Wait! Miss y/n be careful you're still very injured!"

"It's okay! Don't worry about me," I say smiling at him.

I began running looking for Tengen. I finally see him and his other wives along with Hina.

"Y/n right?" Hina says while sitting next to Tengen.

"Uh..yes,"

"Thank you for saving me... how will I ever repay you," she says smiling at me.

"Well you can repay her by letting her become our fourth wife," Tengen says smirking.

I instantly start blushing. "Woah woah hey wait a minute!" I say trying to cover my blush.

"HUH?! Y/N LIKES ARE LORD TENGEN! YAYA EVEN THOUGH I DON'T KNOW Y/N. LORD TENGEN HAS BEEN TALKING ABOUT YOU SINCE HE WOKE UP AND I LOVE YOU ALREADY!" Suma yells grabbing my hands and smiling.

"I don't object," Makio says smiling.

" I would love that," Hina smiles.

"Wait! I'm not supposed to be in contact with a Hashira especially not marry one!" I say looking away.

I do want Tengen and care about him but I can't...

"Well I guess your right," he says

My eyes widen and I look at him.

"But that's why I'm retiring. So, you can marry me," he says

I hold back my tears " I-I okay," I say relieved.

"YAY!" Suma says rushing to me and hugging me.

"GET OFF HER SUMA YOUR SUFFOCATING HER!" Makio yells.

"Both of you calm down," Hina giggles.

"Ughh," I say in pain dropping to my knees.

I should've seen that coming, the demon did put a hole in my stomach after all, and all I have over it is a piece of cloth.

"Girls help y/n, she's injured bad," Tengen says.

About thirty minutes later I felt a bit better. I only felt better because Hina gave me some of the medicine she had on hand.

The Kakushi eventually came, not to take us though Tengen just wanted to go home, and he took me with him.

Okay, this was very very short but the next chapter will make up for it!

During this battle, Tengen did not lose his eye nor his arm cuz he needs both in the future. *wink* *wink*
